Fraud Fraud Fraud App!!!!!!

I ordered a canvas over 3 weeks ago, I tried to call phone number no answer and no voicemail etc and/ or not working. Got an email saying painting is on it way Fedex after I emailed to Info@ and email on their website. No tracking number was sent.

Emailed again asking for delivery information, nothing 3/4 and 5 days later.

Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud.

Submitted a photo, paid for photo, never received photo. Finally had to dispute the purchase with Pay Pal. What a hassle! This was supposed to be a gift for my father. 30 days later and no communication. Learned my lesson on this one. Stay away.

This is not a company. This is a guy in his apartment with a parrot.

My order “slipped through the cracks” and he didn’t respond to my email asking where my order was. Had no idea what I was talking about when I called him

CanvasPop is great, does what this guy does but is clearly a company.

They must be writing their own Reviews!
Placed an order 2 months ago.
Emailed me 3 weeks ago and said it was on its way.
I continue to email them and No answer.
Don’t order from this site!!!

I ordered the same pic to be printed on the same size canvas by this company and another (by accident but it turned out to be a great comparison between the two). This company was not only cheaper, but the quality of color and sharpness was way better then the other. Also, the way the canvas was made and folded on the edges, as well as the back of it was by far a much better quality and huge difference from the other company. Not to mention, this company had the proper nail hook attached where as the other company didn't even have any nail hooks attached and I had no way to really hang it.

Neil is the owner of this company and when I submitted my first set of pics to be printed onto canvas along with some questions, he called me within 10 min from my request. Amazing! There's no other app coming out there that had responded that quickly and not just via email, but with a personal call from the owner himself!!

I can only say amazing things about Neil. He is very detailed and communicative, and I completely trust him when it comes to touch ups or editing on my pics.

I will definitely be using him more and more!

Aside from the fact that's Photo Canvas' came out beautifully and promptly, it is important for me to address on more thing. The customer service is incredible. The reason I know that this customer service exists was not because I was contacting them to complain/praise them. Neil contacted me because he wanted to be precise about a few thing I had requested. The follow up was as extraordinary as the product. In the day of disconnection through sterile apps, it's wonderful to know there is a human being on the other side. OTHER APPS TAKE NOTICE

I had a really good experience with the this app app. It was extremely easy to use and the canvas turned out great. The overall construction of the frame was really impressive as well. I have ordered multiple prints and more will done in the near future. It makes for a very classy and personalized gift for loved ones. They also enhance the photos to make sure you are receiving the best print possible, which I didn't originally know. Just really impressed with the overall experience and I would strongly to suggest iPhotoCanvas over all the others. Great Job!!!

I used iPhotoCanvas for the first time while on a cruise with my family. It was awesome to be able to take a picture with my family on board and order a canvas print right from my iPhone. The print arrived the same day I got back from my trip it was unbelievable the quality of the print and the Frame was amazing. I would totally recommend iPhotoCanvas and service to anyone. Also I did shop for the best price and by far this app as the best price. I am so happy with my new art on my wall that I created and I can no wait for my next trip so I can order more.

I will be honest. I wasn't expecting much due to the fact that I was using an iPod snapshot for my canvas "art". However, I was blown away by the quality when I opened the package! It was beautiful! I can't wait to give it to my son's girlfriend for Christmas! As an added bonus, the customer service is fantastic. My shipment was delayed due to Snowzilla, and Neil was very prompt in answering my emails regarding the status of my order. He even called me personally to let me know what was going on. That gets an A+ in my book. iPhotoCanvas is easy to use. Give it a try. You won't be sorry!

I ordered a 30x40 of my daughter on her horse after receiving a similar canvas from another app store. With these 2 products in hand, I can tell you this vendor by far produces the superior product. I had numerous communications with Neil & was sent a proof via email before he printed the canvas. I received the canvas on time and the packaging was also more detailed and neat then competitor. I noticed a huge difference in the sharpness of the photo, the coloring and overall smoothness of the picture; the cost was about 50% lower then the competitor. This vendor can also do special techniques such as paint brush stroke if you ask.

I have made 2 purchases as gifts (so far- I know there will be MANY more) and have been blown away by the quality and the level of customer service given by Neil. Each piece to him is a work of art and he treats it as such. The recipients of both of the gifts were beyond thrilled with the canvases (one was framed) and they continue to tell others about it. I have used Costco in the past for canvas work and this app beats them in all areas: ease of ordering, options available, price, quality & production time. No need to go anywhere else. Just snap a photo, open iPhotoCanvas , upload your photo, click a few buttons, pay, get your package & smile. Simple & easy. 5 stars.

I’m about to order probably my 13th or 14th canvas from Neil. I wouldn’t go any where else. He takes my photos that I take mostly with my phone and turns them into art. He’s honest and trustworthy and the turn around time from ordering to receiving is very timely.

Simply designed app. Easy to use. Personal service. Beautiful results. I took a photo of a lovely sunset with my iPhone 4s and was not sure the image was high quality enough for a large format print, but I took a shot in the dark and ordered a 24x36 inch gallery wrapped canvas, and I couldn't be happier. The colors are bright and vivid. The image has been displayed in a public space for only a short time and I've gotten great feedback. The company owner Neil called me personally to make sure I was happy with the results. Try getting that kind of hands on interest anywhere else. I intend to make many more canvases for sale, display, and as gifts and will probably never go anywhere else. The final result of having a print on canvas seems much more like a piece of art to me than a photo printed on paper that is framed and matted. It reminds me of a fine oil painting, not just a snapshot.

I don't think I would go anywhere else but here to capture any photos you cherish. Neil is amazing and so helpful! He will let you know if something won't work but it always looks beautiful. My Scotland and Ireland pictures make me feel I am right back there. the best!!!!!!!!!!

iPhotoCanvas is really awesome, delivering high quality canvas photos with a really easy process. Highly recommend. Everyone always asks where I got my canvas’ done!

Neil creates works of art on canvas. I have used many such services but this one is in a league of its own. He captures every subtle color change and each detail in his reproductions. !!

Thank you for transforming a family photo from my phone into a beautiful canvas that now sits on the mantle above our fireplace. We absolutely love this special piece of art that we will enjoy for years to come! Thank you again!

Neil took a photo taken on an iPhone, edited the photo, made a canvas of it and it looks like a professional took the photo. I love it!!!
As an update, Neil has now edited and made a canvass of 3 iPhone photos of my grand children and every one of them is beautiful.

Once again, Neil at this app has artfully translated my iPhone photo into a masterpiece hanging on the wall. It's not only that the service is courteous, prompt and superb in every way, it's that Neil reproduces the photos in a way that makes them look like true artistic productions. In my sunset photograph, without taking unnecessary liberties in his reproduction, Neil captured the beautiful colors of the sky while keeping objects in the shadowed foreground mysterious and compelling. You look at it and somehow find it more fascinating than the original picture. This service is awesome!
