Just wish there was an English version. Also please add a function where the merchant can refund parts of the order if they don’t have every item.

I had been renewing quarterly membership for last two years and I used to get frequent deals. I took a yearly membership 3 months back. Now I hardly get any deals or coupons. I wasted my money on annual membership. It’s blatant bait and switch. With this experience, I suggest everyone “DO NOT TAKE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP”.

Also, some stores don’t allow online refund even after not delivering food for two hours. There’s no easy way to cancel order and get the refund.

Absolutely nonsense app. Meithuan is better app in terms of quality

Has allowed for many restaurants to vote in their favor & reject my complaint where my food was never delivered, parts of my food was never delivered, or there was something in my food. And when I have complained the restaurant always rejects and then there is nothing that can be done. So they can steal from me and I can’t do anything about it. And the one time I did get a refund I can’t do anything with the balance because it doesn’t accept my name. This is a horrible app. Either get the food yourself or choose a different app. This one is a waste of time.

饿了么放心点准时达 is so annoying because they’re constantly spamming you with push notifications about some deal at some restaurant you’ve never even ordered.

It’s just a constant stream of daily spam notifications. Like I wanted to have notifications on so I knew when my food is being delivered. But instead they just spam you with ads. Deleted 饿了么放心点准时达 .

Everything, really everything, can be found - and delivered to your home or any other place!- on eleme. Might be hard to use without knowledge of Chinese though

This is one of the most convenient perks of living in China - have practically anything delivered to you, within an hour. App is easy to use (even for expats) and makes life so much easier!

American living and working in Shanghai. If you want delivery there are more options here than the competitors and the delivery guys are 10x nicer and better at their jobs.

I find the same level of delivery speed and on demand convenience in Jinan as I do in Shanghai or Beijing. Everything you need, no matter where you are. Impressive!

It requires your album and mic accessibility to give a comment on a dish. Absurd. I am not alright with it postponing your order simply because you use student subscription, while not knowing if it has jacked the price already. You are forced to be blind to price discrimination and service discrimination on this platform.

After waiting for more than 45 minutes, my order was canceled by the platform due to bad weather, actually the rain has already stopped, and not big at all... The bonus is also can canceled... everything is a mess...

This interface is so ugly bruh. The reason I don’t use Meituan delivery is because their ugly orange interface, now you changed yours from blue to the same orange color, even the layout look the same now, that’s just great.
