I had been renewing quarterly membership for last two years and I used to get frequent deals. I took a yearly membership 3 months back. Now I hardly get any deals or coupons. I wasted my money on annual membership. It’s blatant bait and switch. With this experience, I suggest everyone “DO NOT TAKE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP”. Also, some stores don’t allow online refund even after not delivering food for two hours. There’s no easy way to cancel order and get the refund. Absolutely nonsense app. Meithuan is better app in terms of quality

Has allowed for many restaurants to vote in their favor & reject my complaint where my food was never delivered, parts of my food was never delivered, or there was something in my food. And when I have complained the restaurant always rejects and then there is nothing that can be done. So they can steal from me and I can’t do anything about it. And the one time I did get a refund I can’t do anything with the balance because it doesn’t accept my name. This is a horrible app. Either get the food yourself or choose a different app. This one is a waste of time.

This app is so annoying because they’re constantly spamming you with push notifications about some deal at some restaurant you’ve never even ordered. It’s just a constant stream of daily spam notifications. Like I wanted to have notifications on so I knew when my food is being delivered. But instead they just spam you with ads. Deleted the app.
