I need help and hay day support won't help I had an account on hay day connected to Facebook I have the ID number litterly from Facebook I can send proof with the email I used on facebook ID 659426017597474 Email noumidiachami@redacted I don't remember my name nor level nor farm the devices I used where iPhone Samsung and maybe Huawei plz give me my account back hay day are making it hard I worked so hard on that account but I got burned in real life so for an entire year I stopped playing later family issues and sick parent so I stopped now I am back and Facebook log in does not work plz give me real human to talk to and my acc back

I had to replace iPad and I am not very tech savvy. For some reason the recovery code is using my Apple ID as my email address which is a non-functioning email address. Can you please send the recovery code to mark_hutchinson@redacted. I am on level 206 and would like to keep this game going.

How do you get rid of plants etc., that is pilling up

I have been having trouble with the game crashing. Also when I go from farm to town crashes most times. Then I have to take many many times to log into game and then try to go to town and it happens over and over again. I sent info to 'help' in game. They sent me an answer. But now I don't know how to find my answer, it's like starting all over again. I like this game level 204, 6 years I think. The help people are very friendly but I think the way it is laid out is awkward. Now I can't even get into game at times let alone find the last answer they sent me I am crashing and can't find the town even at times getting worse over time. Can you please find the last answer from 'help' and email it to me so I can fix the problem.

I have lost access to a hayday game, i was on level 140 thereabouts, the name that kept coming up when i started was (lying warden 4????) I have tried several times to retrieve it but no good, the suggestions i get are find an e,mail from supercell but i cannot. the e,mail i use mostly is the one above but i did find another this morning (115 spaldingroad@redacted) but i donot remember this one, can you help me get back my game so that i can help my wife who is still playing. For some reason I keep missing diamonds I had 60 diamonds yesterday and I had 60 diamonds yesterday and today I have 6 I know I did not use them this is an ongoing problem and I'd like to get it straightened out once and for all. The website through my game will not come up where I need to report bugs or get help or anything. This is also an ongoing problem. But I want to find out why my diamonds have just disappeared overnight when I know I didn't use any of them. Please please help!!!!!!!

Every time hay day does a update like today it says updating and says connecting and stays like that the last time was several months before I got hayday back. This needs to be fixed I just turned on my tablet this morning and the above comment is all I hVe. Please fix.

I started a Hay Day sometime back. I got a new phone but could not re-connect with my game. I tried to get a confirmation code but it never appears in my email. I was somewhere near level 35 and I "do not" want to lose what I have gained to this point by restarting all over. Why can't I get an email confirmation so that I can start playing again?

ID:17-43081938 I never received the task bar for my ferris wheel. I've tried all ways possible to contact you. In main contact form I get through the process and to submit and it says something went wrong try later.. same thing over and over.. I've tried a dozen times in past 2weeks. I want the ferris wheel and feel it's very unfair I didn't get chance. I kept waiting. I have spent money to play this game cause I enjoy it. But many things causing me to be disappointed. Got banned for 31 days for trying to ask for help recovering MY old farm on hay day, no one contacts asks any questions after they decide it’s not my old account and that’s it? What kind of hep is that? Gave my gamer tag for the account said they found it so why can I not have it back and continue to play, I have friends and family that got there’s back, all I want is to get back on and play the game again with them. Doesn’t seem fair to put so many hours , time effort and money into a game to just be told no and get banned altogether with out reason.

I am very upset I have completely lost my game that I spend quite a bit on. I lost over 100 diamonds. I use this game to help Occupy my time due to my husband having stage 4 lung cancer. Hi, Player id# PPR92928U My game is crashing on my iPhone 12 Pro Max device. It’s been a week now. I tried to do reset and shutdown the phone still not working. I also tried to delete the app and reinstall it. Still not working. It has 256gb memory and I just used 60 gb and also my phone is on updated version of iOS and also the game is updated.please help me to play the game and fix the issue.And also want you guys let know that after this issue the game is working on my older phone where I tried to install it which is iPhone 6s but not working on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max phone. Please help to fix the issue ASAP. I tried to offload the app and followed the instructions you provided still the app is crashing. Please help me to solve this issue.
