Добрый день, , я совершил фатальную ошибку и даже не знаю как это произошло.. Дело вот в чем, Поставил я на улучшение свой штаб с 24го на 25 уровень, недели 2 назад, оставалось около 40 дней до конца строительства... My shelter was a 25 lv and was wiped out to zero level and placed in a new region. My region was 55 and my shelter name was Tigerwoodstock. I am unhappy that this occurred but relieved I didn’t spend any money.

Game Not for New Players - Don’t Waste Time Installing

Players can migrate accounts to any server that is at least 30 days old. That means new accounts can never actually be competitive…playing against accounts that are 3 years old and hundreds of millions of power. Even if you dump $30k into an account in under 30 days, you can’t truly compete with the heroes and items that people have been accumulating for years. Dumbest concept of any game ever. Even more stupid is the older accounts can “join” alliances in brand new servers. Not sure what the point of that is because they can’t play in the new servers for 30 days but their account is in the members list? Maybe some kind of weird flex? The game is good for old players who want to be able to dominate new servers. But this isn’t a game for fresh players. New players are better off installing State of Survival or Rise of Kingdoms, which are both pretty similar to Doomsday.
Server Jumping Ruins Gameplay

Initially this was a fun and fair game, then developers made a horrible mistake. By letting players, with months to years of more experience than new players, jump their accounts to new regions/states where players are just starting and trying to learn game. Not only does this discourage new players from the hope of growing together and creating competition, it makes the events that we are supposed to learn, enjoy, and look forward to such as Archipelago Raid (AR) a joke. The mismatching of might due to the jumpers power, puts the new players into a position of being obsolete in the big picture of events. Even though you can grow without spending, I have spent a decent amount to grow. Going from being in the top 10 of the region/states players in the first month of our development, to far outside the top 100 just a couple weeks later frustrates me, and should frustrate you as well if have done the same. I will not only discourage any people from joining this game further, but will no longer spend a dime on any of this app developers game.

My aha moment was when attacked randomly by another alliance and lost everything, but for just $15 I could get most of it back or spend months getting back to where I was. I wasn’t mad, just done with the game. I requested an account deletion in game. It goes downhill from there.
For over a month I have requested for my account to be cancelled and my personal information removed. Part of that was submitting an image of an Apple Store receipt, which I sent without personal information but with the purchase, date, etc. after waiting the 10 day period they said it might take I reached out and they told me they didn’t delete since it’s permanent and they wanted to give me more time. This went on for over a month until I sent a another email and in return they requested more personal information, like what city I live in. I’m done dealing with them. I asked Apple support to intervene and have them remove my account.
