How to fix Kizeo Forms app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kizeo Forms app on iPhone
Update Kizeo Forms app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kizeo Forms iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kizeo Forms on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kizeo Forms network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kizeo Forms Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kizeo Forms not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kizeo Forms App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kizeo Forms » click [Force Stop]

Update Kizeo Forms to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kizeo Forms App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kizeo Forms » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kizeo Forms.

Fix Kizeo Forms unable to contact server/ Kizeo Forms internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kizeo Forms » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kizeo Forms » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kizeo Forms
