Horrible service

I downloaded the app in Israel, put on my credit card, was charged 50 shekels. The charge went through on my credit card. And then when I tried to use the app to pay for a bus ticket , it said there was something wrong with the credit card and to add another card. So I added another card , and was charged another 50 shekels, and my credit card was charged again yet I received the same error.
I contacted customer service and they told me that there is no way to remedy this problem. I sent them a screenshot of the error message. I was receiving they were totally rude and did not refund my money even though there’s no way for me to use the service.
Total scam. terrible customer service.

I downloaded the app while visiting Israel and wanted to use it to pay for a parking lot, which is one of the specified options in the app. I deposited 100 shekels via my credit card and when I attempted to pay all I kept seeing was a large “Forbidden!” banner. I tried paying 5 times in 3 different locations (a hospital and two malls), and it didn't work in either. When I contacted customer support I was bamboozled with a bunch of extend wait time and silly excuses, and they refused to refund my 100 shekels.
Beware! The service is fraudulent and untrustworthy with terrible customer support.

Said "slide to activate" got a ticket

I have been trying to use this app and the first time I thought it was correct I received a ticket within 15 min. Tried to call Cellopark and pushed the correct prompts for an English speaking customer service rep and took me back to Hebrew. I also emailed/contacted from the app with no response.
