I keep putting in my information about me, but when I press save, nothing happens, and when I close out the app, I have to do it again.

My app only opens up to the RoomSync logo loading screen and will not do anything else.

I tried posting this under not working but it would not allow me to. my app just opens up to the RoomSync logo And stays there for five minutes. I cannot actually use the app at all

I am asking having issues with the Roomsync app. "My Roomsync app is not loading. I click on the app and it just shows the Roomsync logo. This has been going on a few days and I’ve tried restarting my phone several times."

Hello. I got a new phone and my RoomSync app has not been working since. It will not go past the loading screen.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RoomSync app issues:

Force Stop the RoomSync App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RoomSync app. » click "Force Stop".
