Needs work

This is would be great if it wasn’t glitchy and problematic. I found a great set of roommates and matched with them. A few weeks later, I randomly logged onto the app to see that somehow, I was unmatched from my roommates, and someone else had taken my spot, leaving me to find new roommates ASAP. Now this may seem like it was my fault, but in order to leave the current matches, the person has to physically choose to leave, which I did not, I was happy with my matches. I believe the app was so glitchy that it took me out and put someone else in there instead. Really disappointing. Thank you RoomSync for the unnecessary anxiety.

Can't access anything

After updating the app I haven't been able to access chats, match requests, or edit my profile. Every time I try to navigate to another tab it prompts me to fill out the About Me questions (which I did months ago when I made my account) and takes me back to the card screen. I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it and I'm still having the same issue.

Locked out of account because they don’t allow Outlook Login

RoomSync recently updated their mobile app to only allow login through Google, FB, and Apple ID. My account with them was through my Microsoft outlook account (what my school uses). I was logged out and cannot log back in. I contacted them, and they said it’s not their problem. Unhelpful customer support. App also had poor UX/UI.
