I want to know why my son’s Sinc account was never upgraded to Premier Plus after I paid for it. I just realized this after trying to add a fourth college. Also, my son has a second account listed under him that we never created. How do I delete it? Please contact me to resolve the issue.

Can't filter tournaments

I was using the filter option in tournaments and after I filtered Florida and I tried to switch states it closed the app. I tried closing and reopening the app but I still can't filter or locate soccer tournaments in any other states or for any other dates - it just closes the app every time!! They really need to update their app more frequently to fix bugs!!

It was working “ok” until this season, past month I am not able to filter for a tournament. More recently, I am not able to view divisions, schedules etc in a tournament. I click on divisions and nothing loads. This is not a new product. I’m not sure why all the issues.
Can’t create an account

Downloaded app and it won’t create an account. Just stays stuck in adding account mode and you have to close out of program and go back in. Still does the same thing. Over and over……
