I have a problem with SincSports

User reports:
No current problems

- The filter option in tournaments causes the app to close out.

- Users are unable to change their team or season.

- The app frequently crashes and has bugs that need to be fixed.

- Users are unable to view divisions, schedules, and other information in a tournament.

I’ve tried a couple of times to register on the app but it gets hung up at Adding Account.

To resolve SincSports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SincSports App
1. On android, goto Settings » SincSports » click [Force Stop]

Clear SincSports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SincSports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SincSports.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SincSports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SincSports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SincSports
