Forcing the control terminal to update along with everyone else was a poor choice. Our sound board computer will not support the update, and now I, along with several others, are unable to connect. This makes it very difficult, and it makes the system useless. Please re-release the old version in a separate application for users like us who are unable to update the terminal. Until then, a 1 star review will remain.

For years this has been stable system for our church. Using SL -remote and Q mix is essential as we often do not have a dedicated sound person. This update has ruined everything, I've gone through all the steps mentioned on the presonus site. Updated UC to 1.7.5.5 completely removed all presonus software and re-installed. Reinstalled the apps...nothing works. I'm locked out of the SL-Remote and Q-mix even though the connection is there, no device is shown on the Remote Devices: in setup within Studiolive

Thanks for finally updating Presonus but now we can't use PreSonusQMix at all. It's just all grayed out. Please fix ASAP!!

Update: tech support is terrible. I was finally able to speak with a tech after being in hold for an hour. They tried to help but we weren't able to install the new Universal Control and even if we did, the layout on iPhone 7+ is terrible.

Thanks for sinking a bunch of venues all at once Presonus. Horrible idea releasing this before it is time. Sad day, need to start looking elsewhere for better brand.

Those in the band who didn't update, were fine. The two of us that did the update had issues:

Everything is greyed out and can't adjust anything.

It seems the two of us were linked. Our engineer couldn't separate our profiles. Either we both had my profile or we both had his.

UI doesn't fit the screen anymore.

64-bit is needed and necessary but PreSonusQMix is completely unusable after the update.

Love the presonus product but support is very poor lately Last update was a year ago. Please fix load of problems. App has no use.
I gonna think twice before go with a new board since presonus dropping support for older mixers

Please fix!!! This is getting annoying, we need this for our praise and worship at church. The update is hurting our live music!

App and universal control are updated to latest versions but PreSonusQMix won’t stay connected.

Since updating my device does not show up on computer to be assigned and I can't adjust any mix even though it says it's connected. The display doesn't fill the entire screen either and seems slightly out of focus.

Presonus you guys are great and I know you're working on the issue. Thanks for supporting such an old product!

Ever since updating my iPhone 6 and iPad3 to iOS9 the Qmix app is completely non functional! It shows both devices as being connected in Universal Control but on the iPhone it's in a perpetual state of "connecting" with the little spinning graphic beside the mixer graphic.

I use my studiolive and presonus Qmix app to run sound for several bands! I need this to work again!! Help please!!

Works now, but after 64 bit update, still doesnt fit screen. Very small.

Ability to save mix would be nice.

Low rating bc PreSonus clearly has no plans to keep their apps updated. Took 5 years to update this one and it's still not good.

It was working great until the update. Now it won't work period and now the screen is 1/4 of the size. Fix this please

After update of universal remote on computer all ios qmix users are back in business. Would be nice to have native ipad support so more chanels will appear on one screen to control without having to swipe screens

Don't forget to update master controller.

Very frustrating with it not working for these new updates. but you have to update the universal control software on your computer then it will recognize your devices.

Bought the 24.4.2 in 2010, and they keep adding features to make our purchase more worthwhile. We've been using a personal monitor system at our church, but it was limited in what it can do. With the 10 Auxes on the mixer now fully available to us - without relying on the FOH tech - this is amazing! I was going to spend $1000s on another monitor system that would allow us to have better control, but this is all that we need!

Very intuitive software - like all Presonus software.
Not had any technical issues with it so far. The only thing to be sure of if you are running this on an iPad simultaneously with SL-Remote, only one of the two softwares will function at once, so you will have to close one to use the other.
Thanks again for another great product update!

Feature Request - an option in VSL with checkboxes for each iPod to select which Auxes it controls, instead of the 1 or all option. For instance - three singers could all be on different auxes but share an iPod, so they would have access to Aux 1,2,3 only. Just a thought.
