For years this has been stable system for our church. Using SL -remote and Q mix is essential as we often do not have a dedicated sound person. This update has ruined everything, I've gone through all the steps mentioned on the presonus site. Updated UC to 1.7.5.5 completely removed all presonus software and re-installed. Reinstalled the apps...nothing works. I'm locked out of the SL-Remote and Q-mix even though the connection is there, no device is shown on the Remote Devices: in setup within Studiolive

Forcing the control terminal to update along with everyone else was a poor choice. Our sound board computer will not support the update, and now I, along with several others, are unable to connect. This makes it very difficult, and it makes the system useless. Please re-release the old version in a separate application for users like us who are unable to update the terminal. Until then, a 1 star review will remain.

Thanks for finally updating Presonus but now we can't use the app at all. It's just all grayed out. Please fix ASAP!!
Update: tech support is terrible. I was finally able to speak with a tech after being in hold for an hour. They tried to help but we weren't able to install the new Universal Control and even if we did, the layout on iPhone 7+ is terrible.
