After a long period of attempting to pair my equally as horrible body 3 camera to this app, it just sits in a loading phase when trying to review a video for my report. This app did work better with the body 2 camera (which was light years better than the body 3). Don’t waste your time downloading these Axon apps to help with reviewing your reports. Pen and paper is way more reliable.

This app used to be great for viewing videos in the field to assist with reports. Now it’s a shell of what it used to be. Camera will not stay connected to Wi-Fi and we can only view approximately 60 seconds of video before it fails. When you contact axon they’ll blame you and the bwc despite widespread reports from multiple agencies about the app’s failures.

…that my department will switch to another BWC system. They haven’t gotten the app right in ten years, so there’s no reason to think they’ll do it now. App for viewing footage can’t actually view footage. I wouldn’t be upset if they called it “Axon Label,” because you can label videos, but not view them.
