I never wanted to subscribe to a full year, they tricked me with the 3 free days! I pushed the button that offered these 3 days and they renewed me for a full year! Apple doesn't refund it because it already requests it 2 times and the system automation doesn't let me do it again, could you please at least charge me for just one month like my previous subscription! it's not fair

Yesterday January 12, I purchased your app and clicked on your 50% off special and you charged me regular price of $114.23. Your app said I canceled and then I scrolled for half the price and $55.99. Please reimburse me for $114.23 back on my Visa credit card. Thank you Asiza Ilicic

Really bad

This app is designed to milk an artist by offering a few free backgrounds and features while changing 60 bucks a year to gain the main features it boosts of. Want more than 5 backgrounds, pay. Want multiple paintings on a wall (ie. Gallery display)? Pay. The interiors are lacking in interest and there are very limited frame selections. This alone really kills this app. Artists spend a lot of time choosing frames. Being able to look at different stiles of frames on the work would help in choosing. But no. I’ve tried out a different app for this that was much better but didn’t allow multiple images. Well, without paying, neither does this one.

Way to be ideal!

1. There is lack of 2 and 3 vertical panels for vertical images. 2. When there are already some images in Artwork, cannot import new images from phone’s album. There’s only one option and that’s Camera. 3. When deleting images from Artwork, the app crashes in some points and should be restarted. 4. There’s no option to select all images in Artwork to delete all at once. Images should be deleted one by one!!

Great app with great support.

I gave Smartist a try and loved it from the start. It has the best frame options and most believable lighting and shadow of any other app that I’ve tried and it’s the most user friendly by far. The presets for saving the images are great cutting time and guesswork with cropping and ratios. I’ve even used images from Smartist to send to my galleries. As with all of these apps I personally find the room settings a bit too cookie cutter but there are a few on this app that are very beautiful and the lighting isn’t generic and even appears to be natural light. The support has been great and they have even moved forward on some of my suggestions. Overall this is an app for professional use and has saved me lots of time.
