App keeps crashing

I’m not sure what happened in the last week but this app crashes every time I open it after a few seconds. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it but there’s no change. Would not recommend at the moment if you’re looking to feel safe with this security system.

The worst app ever! Can’t see anything from my iPhone. Tried on another phones, same thing. Always shows “connecting 0%” and then nothing!!! Not happy at all!
Latest version crashes on my iPad Pro M1

Contacted App support. They said to delete and reinstall.
Worked for one launch then failed.
There’s no way to go back to the previous version which worked just fine.
Pretty much limits the utility of my security system.
