My password does not work

Disappointed

I have been using this app for several years, on a daily basis, and all of a sudden, yesterday, it said my password was incorrect. I never changed my password, tried several Times to access (thought maybe I was “fat fingering” the keys somehow), then this app deleted all of my data because I tried the PW 5X. I have lost ALL of my passwords and critical information that I have saved and compiled in this app for many years. Completely frustrated and lost without my data. They have a new version (this one), but it does now allow for the porting over of information from the old version to the new. I guess they just scrapped the old version and made a new one without any concern for people that had been using that older version successfully for years? Way to go guys. Now I will have to find a new password keeper (not this one), find (or more likely reset all of the passwords in my life/world) and manually put them into a better and more dependable app. Very disappointed and frustrated that the developer decided I had nothing better to do with my time then reinvent the wheel due to their greed and/or laziness. Good luck with this one!

Great app BUT?????

I got this app a few years back and it has been always reliable easy to use and a great asset to storing my passwords. I would rate this app a 10 star if it was there because of how valuable it was for me and easy to use but unfortunately now I have to give it a zero star rating even a subzero because the company added some photo applications to it and they removed my entire password database I have nothing in there to fall back on. I have asked them to reload my database to restore it and. they gave me some phony applications to try to restore my original database but my password and emails on it have been changed There is no way I can get into it to restore it and they don’t care about restoring it for me so now as far as I am concerned they are a unprofessional company that doesn’t care about the people that use Their product. all I asked him to do was restore my original database and they won’t do it. So put this company on your blacklist don’t waste your time I would hate to see anybody else put all the passwords in here in Lose It!

Why?????!!!!

I used to LOVE this app. My husband and I use it for our personal use. And I pay for my employees to have this app downloaded to their devices. That’s how much I love this app. It used to be easy to use and very straightforward. Then recently they “updated” the app and raised the price. Now, my devices don’t sink, customer service does not respond to emails AND I’m paying more. Sooooo unhappy with this new version? It’s not better, not more user friendly, very confusing, and is particularly not user friendly on an iPhone. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if IT/Cust Svc had responded to any one of the three emails that I sent to resolve this. Sooo unhappy. Limping along with the new version now…looking for a replacement app. Why MEO staff did you change a good thing??? Please consider fixing the bugs and definitely consider responding to your emails!
