I have a problem with iSpending

No current problems

- Cannot reorder expense categories after creation

- No ability to import transactions from credit cards or bank accounts

- No cloud support

- Recurring transactions may not work properly in the pro version

- Help button and app support registration may not work

- App crashes when trying to view reports

- Cannot create recurring expenses or order the list of expenses

To resolve iSpending network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the iSpending App
1. On android, goto Settings » iSpending » click [Force Stop]

Clear iSpending App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iSpending » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iSpending.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iSpending » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iSpending » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iSpending
