- It takes some time to figure out how to slide the screen when playing back a lecture to get to the pictures taken.

- The app saves recordings in AIFF format, which requires conversion to listen to notes using other sound players.

- The app recently removed Dropbox and changed email settings, making it difficult to share files and causing an error message to appear.

- The app does not have clear instructions on how to save an email address to the app for web sharing.

My SuperNote App crashes on the my new IPAD - it had previously worked and it is storing numerous of my meeting recordings. I am challenged with having lost these recordings and dates, and times! How can I recover the app and the data? Thank you - angelitaddill@redacted
