No Screen Rotate

This app works as promised. However, it doesn’t rotate on the Ipads that are mounted in the apparatus. This makes the user have to read it sideways, which is near impossible, especially in a moving apparatus. 1 phone call to edispatch to inquire about an update to correct was met with a rude person stating it was their app and they weren’t interested. A follow email to support months later was never acknowledged. I like the app, it works, but is not user friendly in certain mounting situations.
Not reliable

I have no other option than to use this app as it's what my department uses. However, I've missed two calls now in the four months I've had the app. The app just flat out failed to send any notification to my phone. If you're considering eDispatches for your station, look at something else.
Terrible App Speed

Great concept however the time lag is so poor that the app is no longer usable for the urgent nature that this app is intended for.
Will stop relying on this app as have many of my colleagues. Very sad for the developer to be selling this program with so little sensitivity to the needs of emergency service programs.
