How to fix iMom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iMom app on iPhone
Update iMom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iMom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iMom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iMom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iMom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iMom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iMom App
1. On android, goto Settings » iMom » click [Force Stop]

Update iMom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iMom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iMom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iMom.

Fix iMom unable to contact server/ iMom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iMom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iMom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iMom
