I'm using OO on my android phone. I can't find a way of password protecting either the whole app, or individual files within it. When I first opened a file, it correctly asked me for the password, but subsequently it just went straight into the file without needing the password. Am I doing something wrong, please? Thank you.

How to fix OOReader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OOReader app on iPhone
Update OOReader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OOReader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OOReader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OOReader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OOReader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OOReader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OOReader App
1. On android, goto Settings » OOReader » click [Force Stop]

Update OOReader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OOReader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OOReader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OOReader.

Fix OOReader unable to contact server/ OOReader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OOReader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OOReader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OOReader
