The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App has been totally redesigned for an optimal user experience for Peach Pass customers.

If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.

Peach Pass encourages you to drive safely and strongly discourages use of Peach Pass GO! while actively driving.

Through this new app, you can change your toll mode (where applicable), view transactions, view statements, and modify registered vehicles and billing info.

When you change your toll mode, you must wait 15 minutes before using the I-85 Express Lanes to allow for system processing.

Each time the application is opened, a splash screen will display a warning of “No Application Use While Driving”.

The App cannot be accessed unless the user swipes to continue, confirming that the app is not being used while driving.

In addition to our standard features listed above, there are several NEW features.

NEVER CAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. APP IS HORRIBLE.

Login NEVER works. You must call the support number every time you want to review the account. I've been using it for 5 years and ALWAYS fails. As a web developer, I suspect they fail to maintain the backend encryption keys which means they cannot authenticate you.

Pathetic: DEFINITELY

Since the State of Georgia is making millions of dollars on toll purchases each day, why is it that this service can’t be state of the art??? PeachPassGO, along with the website are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I tried to create an account on the website, but kept receiving notifications in the midst of the login process of the following message: “Your Session has expired. Please login again to continue.”

Now mind you: This session expiration is happening quicker than the average person can create an account (within 3 minutes!!!!). I tried to create an account twice, but I wasn’t quick enough, nor will I ever be because when I, or anyone else is inputting login information that is confidential and sensitive, I will take my time and not rush it....

The State of Georgia should be ashamed of themselves. This is just one of the many reasons why people aren’t coming to our State..... Until the incompetence is replaced with competence, and the funding necessary to fix this problem, this whole thing will remain GARBAGE. Hopefully this will be fixed much sooner rather than years from now....




Pathetic

This is the worst toll set up I’ve ever run across. Basically unusable because it never lets you log on either app or website. Set up my new account and was able to log in only one time on the initial set up. After that it said I had the wrong password. After a couple of tries I figured I would just reset my password. Nope that won’t work either because the security questions it was asking me were not even the security questions I had set up. Basically I’m locked out until someone with competence at peach pass can figure how to get me back in. I should have never done this. I’d rather sit in traffic than deal with this garbage. Sunday eve and main website isn’t even working. If I could give it zero stars or negative I would.




Decent App but Customer Service is nonexistent!

PeachPassGO is pretty decent... basic but it’s okay. It would be nice if it the developers can add the notification of which Express lanes (i.e. I-85 or I-75) will NOT honor the “non-toll” when making the Toll Mode switch.

Apparently, I-75 Express Lanes do not honor the “non-toll” mode (more than 3 people in a vehicle). I learned it the hard way over the weekend. Then I called the customer service (with an attitude) and she was stating the website had all the information. I asked her for specific location on the site and where on PeachPassGO does describe it... her response was that she does not have nor use PeachPassGO ... Wow! Was all I can say. 8-0

I’ll give 2.5-star for PeachPassGO and 0-star for customer service.




Dated and Buggy

Considering that the Atlanta toll system is a critical part of the daily commute for hundreds of thousands of people, you would think they could do better than this pathetic excuse for an app. It hasn’t been updated for any new iPhone model released in at least the last 2 years, and it’s been showing the same “maintenance update” page for ages every time it opens. On top of that, it crashes constantly on my iPhone X running iOS 13.3 so it is basically useless. Unfortunately, they don’t have a mobile-friendly web site either. Come on, Georgia, get it together!




App is worse than cheap website! Both need upgrade

App wants me to login, which I tried. Just stayed on login screen. So I tried linking to my account number. At last step, it just stayed on last step after submitting. Tried to go back, and app asked “Are you sure you want to cancel?” and only gave “yes” as an option! The main Website is somewhat primitive and lacks options such as removing a pass / vehicle. Apparently they’ve invested even less on PeachPassGO .
Apparently Peach Pass motto is “you need peachpass, but we don’t need you!”




HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! PeachPassGO is the worse! I cannot find any information about the NW Corridor! Nothing about current rates of Express Lanes, no traffic map or indicator of traffic patterns, etc! Totally worthless unless you are looking for your account balance! Other reviews suggest it takes 7-10 days for transactions to even show up on PeachPassGO - they don’t understand the “real-time” needs of their customers! Also - if rates are going to be high for Express Lanes - then no one will use them and we just wasted BILLIONS of dollars of taxpayer’s money! HORRIBLE!!




Toll Mode Change Error

If you change the toll mode on PeachPassGO , if you try to change it again even days later you will get “a toll mode change is pending “ error. You have to log in from a computer to clear the “pending change” which is the date of the original change. Set to toll mode today at noon. Go in tomorrow to set to non toll mode but now I get the error. Website says future pending date is actually yesterday. Fix this ASAP as I’ve called support several times but they have no clue.




Works Just Fine

I only see one review on here and the reviewer is stating PeachPassGO is garbage because the website had issues (I’m 64 and had no issues with the website). The reviewer gave PeachPassGO a one star rating because they couldn’t figure out the website....Jeff Foxworthy is right “You can’t fight stupid!”




Unauthorized Credit Card Charged

PeachPassGO worked well for me to setup my PeachPass account, so I didn’t have any issues there.

However, please be aware (this is the reason for the 1-star review) that your card that you enter during account creation will automatically be charged $45 when you setup your account. This was not explained anywhere nor did I give permission for the card to be charged.

I don’t mind the charge, but I do mind it being charged without my permission. This needs to be changed ASAP!!!




Worthless

I tried to register online and after pressing enter to submit my vehicle info the screen froze up. After a moment, I pressed enter, only to have the screen return to the login page. This happened several times. I then loaded PeachPassGO and decided to try registering here. After agreeing to all of the information, the screen shows: Servlet error. An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow. What the heck? Same message every time.




Useless since you can’t login

I have tried logging in to PeachPassGO for months and all I get is “Null.” Called PeachPass Support. They told me my password was incorrect. I am using the same username/password as the web site and it works fine there. PeachPassGO has been updated several times over the months and I’ve even deleted it and added it back. The only change I’ve ever noticed in the update is the “ PeachPassGO is undergoing maintenance” screen has been reformatted.




I’m a Software Engineer - This is a poor app

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Whoever is responsible for designing/developing PeachPassGO needs to find a new career path. This is a terrible UX/UI design and its to the point where PeachPassGO isn’t usable. Had to call customer service to remove/add a car to my account. Something that PeachPassGO is SUPPOSED to be able to do. If you just want to see your balance on your account PeachPassGO will serve its purpose. But if you want to do anything actionable, good luck....




App is garbage

I can add a car to my account but I can’t change my tag number. I keep getting an error message when I try. I’ve added a new car over 30 days ago. I see the new car on the account but I’ve yet to receive my transponder. Also I’ve sold a car and can’t remove that vehicle from my account. This is frustrating.




Most Painful Process Ever

First off, the website is NOT built to be mobile friendly. So, save yourself a lot of pain and time, and either set your account by up on a computer or go to a customer service location (probably the fastest method).

I have to agree with other reviewers. Right out the gate, I could not switch between toll and non-toll without generating an error. This is one of the most FUNDAMENTAL functions of PeachPassGO , and it fails. Did you guys QC the vendor before launching PeachPassGO?




Already in HELL

Waited this long to join because I know that those idiots in gov will make my life HELL when I wants to use PeachPassGO… but traffic in Atl push me to join:( … I can't log in … gives me error messages I changed my password then again it gave me same error message … go figure … stupid idiots who made & operate PeachPassGO are ignorant state gov. No good employees, who obviously don't care about Reviews & Ratings from user… may be they enjoying our frustration… may be I will get NC/FL pass & use it in GA, Hopefully …
