100% agree and really wish I'd never spent money on this awful program. I have spent over an hour just trying to get a new password and you know what it starts with? "What is your old password?" And, no, that is NOT the one they just sent me as a temporary password. And, if you want to try to "Contact us?" You start with having to log in to your account WITH A PASSWORD! So horrible. I'm embarrassed to even live in this state.
