CombatAircraftJournal as well as AirForces magazine app (also made by PocketMags) crash on every page I try to read on my iPad. What makes it worse is that every time you restart CombatAircraftJournal , you have to find your place in the magazine. Aviation magazine and Air International apps at least remember where you left off.

This magazine should be required reading for both civilian & military. One might win the battle but loose the peace. True victory is achieved when you win by outlasting your opponent, victory by attrition. Combat Aircraft gives the reader information about the aircraft, capability, cost of operation. In addition, the reader learns about the air forces around the world & how by working together, the cost of defense is manageable. CombatAircraftJournal is true to the magazine & is the future of publication.

I've been a longtime reader of combat aircraft magazine, but now those magazines ( like 50 of them) can gather dust because CombatAircraftJournal is great! Read my favorite magazine anywhere? You can count me in. I've already bought 2 issues (100 pages of military aviation awesomeness!) and will subscribe soon. Dont let the other reviews turn you away, again CombatAircraftJournal is amazing!

If you are ex-military, or simply love airplanes, this as good as it gets. I'm amazed at the detail and the work that goes into each page. Excellent photography and knowledgeable writing creates a real masterpiece.

Thank goodness for combat aircraft, they are truly the go to place to get current information on military aviation. I look forward to each new issue, they are always filled with great articles on the history, upgrades and current operators of a particular aircraft. Mainly focused on U.S. aircraft, but they also cover foreign aircraft and their service in their respective countries. Keep up the great work!
