I am currently trying to use my Pixel Android phone with NCR Pulse Application. I'm able to log in just when i get to the one icon that says Real Time its currently greyed out. I tried to log in & log out of phone, I uninstalled & reinstalled App, then rebooted my phone still the Real Time Icon is greyed out. Can I please get some help with this? Please & thank you.

Haven’t been able to access pulse since the ransomware attack.
I can’t get in to app. It’s been about 4 days
Pulse app will NOT let me log in. Constantly having issues with it crashing not loading and not letting me log in.
