How to fix Pulse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pulse app on iPhone
Update Pulse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pulse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pulse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pulse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pulse app issues:

Force Stop the Pulse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pulse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pulse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pulse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pulse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pulse.

Fix Pulse unable to contact server/ Pulse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pulse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pulse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pulse on android.
