Horrible app. Crashes and login errors constantly

This whole app needs a major rehaul and makeover will constantly make you sign in multiple times. Even after putting in your password. Glitches and crashes are normal occurrences. Counting inventory is a nightmare because you have to save after every item counted or else risk losing all of your work due to a crash or “login error” I opened NCRPulse last night to count inventory, it let me login and set up the right week and select the correct line and then I began counting. After counting and recording almost the entire store I hit post and it popped up with a “invalid login” cannot save. Had to close to app and restart and lost all of my work. Insanely frustrating. I really do not like NCRPulse

Login every time…

Really frustrating when you get kicked out of NCRPulse every single time you put your phone down. It didn’t used to be like that. Now every time I open NCRPulse , even when it’s been running in the background, I have to put my login information in. Every. Single. Time. Please go back to what it used to be.

Add Calendar Sync to App

I have 2 jobs, and use both Pulse and Hot Schedules for each of them. I hate that my schedules don’t sync with my calendar. Please add calendar sync to pulse. I love being reminded that I work in an hour or that I can open my calendar and I can see my whole schedule from my 1 job without opening NCRPulse . No offense but NCR Pulse is a little out dated and very one sided. Communication should be key when creating an app that’s developed for its workers. Keep updating!!

Must be spring cause there’s bugs

I use NCRPulse for work or I would if the most recent update hadn’t resulted in a consistent error about an improperly formatted or missing endpoint. I deleted and reloaded it with no success. It can’t pull up my schedule at all, rendering NCRPulse absolutely USELESS. I’ve also been on screens where the cancel and submit buttons have done absolutely nothing. It isn’t super user friendly. There’s no way to report errors, and it’s ultimately very disappointing. I have to just take a picture of the schedule with my phone than depend on NCRPulse.

Missed work (revised)

Originally was irritated at NCRPulse as it caused issues for me at work. But now that it loads my schedule I just had to resubmit a review. It only loses one star now due to the stress of not knowing my work schedule when this wasn’t working.

Original review below.

— NCRPulse is how my work gives out its schedules. Now NCRPulse isn’t working. And neither am I right now because of it.—

Pulse Real Time & Restaurant Guard

The Real time and restaurant guard feature of the Pulse app are awesome! Tells you real time information on sales, labor, current tables, comps/ voids, employee rankings + more. Restaurant guard notifies you of significant comps, voids, clears, transfers, and tips!

I believe most of the lower rankings are coming from a different product that runs off the same platform.

Doesn’t work when you need it to

Every Sunday night I try to do our weekly inventory via the Pulse App. It always goes offline at approximately 11pm cdt and I start inventory at 10:30pm..... so I start it and lose access to it until about 2am. I have contacted support numerous times and I am told it is my own internet connection..... not at all correct. My cellular data always shows connection and my WiFi also has a strong connection. Fix your servers and actually have your support look into problems when customers report them.

Terrible yes; necessary I wish not.

My work uses this for scheduling which would be great if it worked. Unfortunately I can rarely sign in I can never change the password and any email I have gotten from developer expires before I receive it. NCRPulse deserves negative stars. If it’s failure to function causes emplotmyment issues to do with scheduling I’ll use the negative reviews and time stamps on customer service responses as evidence in any arbitration. This product is crap don’t use it if you don’t have to.

Cant call support to fix app.

I haven't had an issue with NCRPulse in the beginning but at one point it just wouldn't let me see my schedule or any other option in NCRPulse . It keeps telling me that an exception occurred attempting to log in and to contact the system administrator. Ive deleted and downloaded NCRPulse multiple times but still cant see my schedule. Plus there isn't any number to call for support to get it fixed either. Wouldn't recommend NCRPulse at all.

Still trash.

I deleted NCRPulse months ago because it either crashed while I was using it, the schedule wouldn't pull up, or the login wouldn't work. I decided to give it another try hoping after months that it would be fixed and I could stop taking pictures of the schedule every week at work. Still doesn't work. I put in my login information and the login screen "login" button doesn't even work. Ya'll just need to start over.

Inventory

I was really excited to see I could now do my inventory count using NCRPulse . Then come to find out after doing half of my count only a quarter of what I input had actually saved, resulting in me having to completely recount whole sections of my inventory. So something that I was excited about and could have saved me 30 minutes to an hour, turned into a horrible experience which ended up adding 30minutes to an hour on to my original count time.

Disappointed

I opened NCRPulse at work to do inventory, which I was looking forward to with the new app. But when I opened the inventory screen, I was not able to type any information in the boxes. I could tap on the text boxes and it would not let me edit them, I gave two stars because I am at least able to see my schedule

By

If I could give this 0 stars I would.

No idea why my company is using this, literally any other scheduling app works better than this. I was so excited to be able to use NCRPulse to switch shifts, request off, and change my availability but no, NCRPulse doesn’t work??

I doubt there is anyone sensical developing NCRPulse considering half of my workplace is experiencing this bug and NCRPulse literally has one of the lowest ratings I’ve seen.

Thanks for nothing guys.

Error Signing In

Every time I sign in it tells me my password is invalid, though i have reset it multiple times it still doesn’t let me in. I’m still trying to this day to get a confirmation email so I can once again change my password but the email never sends

Issues

I just started working and my manager told me to get NCRPulse so I can view my schedule. I do so and they told me I would have to click “trouble signing in” so I can have NCRPulse send me a email so I can reset my password and login into NCRPulse . I’ve tried this and I haven’t received an email and my manager is still having issues with getting me set up.

Won’t load schedule

Every time I log in to see my schedule it says error. I have deleted and re downloaded NCRPulse and it still doesn’t work. I have to call everyday into work to see when I work. I’m not able to pick up shifts because it’s not working 😠

By

Log in issues

App continually makes me have to resubmit a new password every time I log in.
When I create a new password it says I have used this password before.
I am making up passwords just to get a moment glimpse at sales and such, then it logs back out.

I have an open ticket as they have no ETA to have this fixed.

Just Keeps Loading

This use to be a really reliable way for me to see my shifts and giveaway/pickup shifts. Now, it’s just constantly “loading” but nothing ever happens. I’ve tried deleting NCRPulse and redownloading it and it still doesn’t work.

App won’t work and can’t get access to my schedule

I’ve had this error for over a week:

“An exception occurred attempting to login. Please contact the system administrator”

I can login fine but I have no access to my schedule. I’ve already force closed NCRPulse , deleted and reinstalled multiple times.

By

Same here

I’m having the same problem it keeps just loading!? It use to work now it doesn’t can you fix this

By

Terrible

Have to use NCRPulse to access my schedule for work and it it working 1/10 times it needs to be used. There is no online system to use instead, always just states there is a network issue. No way to even get support on issues. Avoid NCRPulse at all costs.

Not a scheduling app

I’m not sure where all these reviews are coming from about scheduling. NCRPulse is for a checking current revenue and labor percentage. It has nothing to do with scheduling.
