When trying to upload directly from iPhone 13 Pro to OneHub through the app, it will not upload the recorded file. I get this error "something went wrong 1 file could not be saved correctly" Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Close and restart the Onehub app on iPhone
Update Onehub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Onehub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Onehub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Onehub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Onehub app issues:

Force Stop the Onehub App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Onehub app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Onehub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Onehub App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Onehub app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Onehub.

Fix Onehub unable to contact server/ Onehub internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Onehub » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Onehub » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
