1. iPad app does not seem to sync to Health. Support email has gone unanswered for most of a week.
2. I don’t see a wiki, FAQ or other such help available. The app has not been updated in two years.
3. Building workouts is difficult and it seems, not very flexible. For example, one can’t choose different number of sets. For example, If I want to do three sets of swings but three sets of cleans on each side in the same workout, I can not. I have to pick either 3 or 6. And the same goes for rest and duration. Turkish Get-ups take longer to do than a Press, but you can only set one duration for all of the exercises within a workout.
4. You can’t record the actual number of reps done. It always assumes you have done whatever was preset and not the actual.
On the plus side, the videos show better technique than many other apps and the library is good.
