You can still get some money if you don’t have credits into your checking account (it is conta-corrente in Brazil) but you should pay attention that if you don’t put back on the same day the value that you get you’re going to pay a significant tax.
It’s ok because the bank is lending their money to you, but what is totally unacceptable is not alerting you by sending push notifications to your phone. Of course they don’t want to do it. It is all about money not customer satisfaction.

Piece of crap. Cannot access my account and this has been going on for months. I only get “estamos melhorando nossos serviços. Tente novamente mais tarde”. I cannot connect, access my account or even generate a token. My account is completely frozen because of that and they are still charging account maintenance fees. Ridiculous!!!

It doesn’t have any notification when your limit is reached. Also it lacks a full control of you investments and checking account and you must to access the website for basic things.
