There is no way that I have found to simply see the daily return on investments. It is necessary to run a report, which is then in a some odd format that I am not familiar with. I just want to see the daily activity on my investments. English is know as the business language, but there is no language option to select any other language. During a transfer, why is it necessary to know if the account being transferred to is a checking or savings account? I don’t care where it goes as long as the individual gets the money. Let them decide what to do with it once it is there or better yet, have separate account numbers for checking versus savings. One last thing about transferring, all required information entered to make the transfer should be saved and available to view as part of the transfer. The checking versus savings I just mentioned is not saved, so during a transfer it is necessary for me to go back to the individual and ask them this information again, if it don’t have it memorized or written down somewhere eles.

It’s always something with this app, security keys don’t make this more secure, just a waste of time. Every time I need something I have to call the bank or go to the branch extremely annoying. Your secure key displayed on the phone doesn’t work, never shows me anything and now I can’t even access my account. Avoid this app and bank at all cost.

It’s complicated to use. Asks a thousand of questions and blocks you after. I have changed my phone and it simply made it very difficult and impossible to log in. I live in another country and can not just go in to a branch to get it fixed. Worst bank app I have ever seen. Santander is way better!
