Well, I buy a titan command chair, and I delete it, I thought it will give me back stars but it didn't. please, give me back my 4000 stars

I am using Headsprout with about 10 students on iPads and Chromebooks. On the iPads, the website keeps freezing on Safari. We used to be able to use the app, but now our edtech department is making all logins through Clever and the browser, no apps allowed. The Chromebooks have also had an issue with freezing in Chrome, but not as frequent as the iPad. Many students nearly complete an episode, only to freeze and lose their progress.
