This App is a complete Waste of Money and your Time!
For those who is trying to buy items from EmiratesAuction, EmiratesAuction will cost you a lot of your time and money. Even if you won an item from EmiratesAuction, does not guaranty that you will get those item. Recently i won an item from EmiratesAuction, but they did not release the items by saying that the item is not yet approved by the provider. They hold all my security deposits till they say "the won item has not approved by seller". Its been three weeks now and i am still waiting to get my money back!. Nb:- One more stupid thing. if you by chance won an item worth AED 1 at least, then no matter how much money you keep deposit on your account for further participation on bidding, they will keep hold all your money till you get a final reply from your initial won item.

EmiratesAuction layout is nice, but running an auction business through an app requires having the right people and processes in place.
The listings are not done properly, leaving lots of legal questions and pitfalls for unsuspecting bidders. Titles are taking two months to process. Often there are past due building maintenance fees for apartments not listed because current owner didn’t pay for years. If the listing doesn’t list clearly what fees are to be paid beside auction fees, this is not acceptable and unprofessional management. Fix up EmiratesAuction and mandate listing all disclosures and use automation of title transfer. Banks can create electronic tieless in one business day using blockchain. Why can’t you do the same for the fees you charge? I tried using chat feature. No one is attending the chat apparently.

My opinion
The auction service after sale, is not good.
If you buy a car, it will take long time before it reach you, you buy it then you have to deal with the guy of transportation on your own.
Some of the employees are not friendly. I mean buying and bidding is fun, but after that is pain. I talk from experience.
خدمة ما بعد البيع بطيئة، مزعجه و سيئه، و تخليك تفكر الف مره قبل ما تشتري سياره او عقار من المزاد. انا أتكلم من تجربتي معاهم. ولا يوجد مسؤول ممكن تتكلم معاه و يحل مشكلتك.

Bad experience
They force you to pay Time and charges on every day you keep the car on there land and on the other hand you have to wait month or two for paperwork.
Please think twice before you make deal with them

EmiratesAuction keeps crashing frequently. It does not have all the items which is available on the website. Needs redesign and more stability.

If there was a option of no stars I would have done that. EmiratesAuction is so bad that it crashes all the time. I have tried to delete and reinstall so many time but it crashes.

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خاصتاً اذا تبي تستورد مركبه
اولاً ؛ بداية التسجيل حاطين لك شروطهم اجباري توافق عليها عشان تفتح حساب خاص فيك واذا حصل شي قالك انت موافق على الشروط .
ثانياً ؛ بالمختصر يبيعون لك سكر بماء مافي اي تقرير مفصل يوضح استيراد المركبه من عدمه بس عارضين لك صور المركبه وعشان تدخل بالمزايده يجبرونك تدفع 3000 ريال غير مسترده في انك رغبت التراجع عن الصفقه وفوق هذا يحبون عليك غرامات من ضمن التكلفه ويهددونك بالرفع للقضاء كأنك مختلس منهم .
ثالثاً ؛ لو دفعت تأمين لأكثر من مركبه من اجل المزايده وفزت بها وبعدين طلعت عليها مشاكل مثل امريكيه او غير مسموح باستيرادها او اي شي وتبي ياخذون كامل الفلوس اللي دفعت لجمع المركبات بدون وجه حق وهذا اسمه نصب واحتيال .
رابعاً ؛ تكون مغامر بأموالك جداً جداً جداً اذا نويت تستورد منهم لان شروطهم وطلباتهم كثيره وانت تتحمل تكاليفها غير رسوم الجمارك والضريبه والشحن
خامساً وأخيراً ؛ احفظ اموالك من التعامل معهم .

الامارات للمزادات هي عباره عن منظومه توريط لكل من يدخل بالمزايده بها والله انا في يوم واحد خسران من ورائهم 18000درهم

Stay away. I won the auction on a car with the highest bid, then 2 days later I get a text saying the sale was not approved by the seller. There was no reserve price set. I guess it is only for friends of Emirates Auctions who actually gets the nice cars...

اذا حد فيكم يريد يتبهدل نفسي ينزل التطبيق ده ، نصيحه من اخ لا احد يحمل التطبيق انا اشتريت من عندهم سيارة رقم المزاد 332315 وللحين ما اعطونى اوراق السيارة وكل يوم يقوللى بنخلصها بكره ، واقل وقت عشان يخلصوا لك السيارة 4 او 5 شهور ويكونوا كاتبين فى الشروط 21 يوم عمل والسيارة تظل واقفة فى الشارع بدون لوحات وبدون اوراق، فاحسن شئ لاتحمل التطبيق عشان بعدين لا تتورط نفسي . 0527401122

Dear friends, please don’t take car from this auction. Waste of money like a chain. Bidding price+vat+delivery+Main thing we need to find a space to park the car without knowing when we get the documents. Whenever we ask them about this it will be like automatic reply saying it will take time and they are not responsible. We cannot do anything we cannot complaint the only hope is Insha Allah, Allah is there and he is seeing all these and the they will get the punishment either from here or hereafter. Wallah now I am in debt I don’t like to take loan, that’s why I go for cheap cars. But sad thing is now I am going to take loan because of this. Not for buying another car but for maintaining this car without use. Anyway Alhamdulillah Allah taught me a good lesson from this experience. Alhamdulillah .

Please don't buy cars from emirates auction if you are expecting to get it within their give time. They said in 3 to 7 working days we will get the car and in 21 days you will get the documents for it, It's been 20 days I haven't got the car or the documents yet and the customer service is the worst they don't care about any of this, they will talk just like a robot repeating the same thing.

Terms and conditions mentioned only 20working days after payment for hyaza paper, but reality very slow process timing 60days more.. very bad

I won the car on 16/03/2021 Today is 20/04/21 till now I didn’t receive the documents, in t&c it mentioned 21 working days and it passed already, and when ever i ask them they says still under process and they aren’t responsible for that, so who’s responsible?

I never recommend this auction more than a month since I paid the full price and charges still waiting for the car documents and after several calls and emails The only reply is just wait it's could take 90days to receive the documents

Never purchase iPhones or iPads from Emirates Auction. These items are lost and found and will be locked from the original user. These will not be any of your use. You will be spending huge sum of money and in return will be getting dead items. Emirates Auction will never listen to you and Dubai Consumer Rights will be of no help

The auction service after sales is not good. If you call in a car, it takes a long time and a lot of problems as the communication with them is awfully bad answers and the response time is also slow. you buy it then you have to deal with the transport guy on your own and that they are not helpful in resolving export documents. after about 100 emails and over about 50 days, my purchased car is not yet mine. not even the driver's license is verified yet ... feels like a big company but with bad employees.
