Who ever group of people wrote StarHubApp should be fired. Ad pop up while making payment without a way to close StarHubApp except clicking on the sign up button every time you have need to look at the OTP. Which takes you to a sign up for whatever product you’re peddling. And you have to start the payment process from scratch. Seriously guys are you guys that dumb to not beta test this before going live?

When I open app, a pop-up window appears and I need to close it to access the data. This is an app for customers who pay Starhub. It cannot have self-serving freeware kind of advertisements. I regularly take screenshots and send the usage details to my kids. Everyone I take a screenshot, a pop-up window appears which is a big irritation. Turn off all pop-up windows.

In your app, you show the data usage. In our shared plan it show you have certain amount of data left on one phone number and data left on another phone number. Both share the same data. The data left is WRONG! in the small and very light gray text it shows the data used. At the 2 lines data used to show the REAL data left. They are misleading on purpose showing inaccurate data left you that a user will go over and will have to pay overage chargers. Really low move. If you can’t get the “data left” correct then put the data used in big and clear text as an alternative. Stop being scammers please.

What the heck

iOS 14 revealed to me that StarHubApp pastes your clipboard data when you open it. Would StarHub care to explain this behavior?

I would like to have the man in charge this company contact me to know how worse your company is.

During the verification phase, StarHubApp crashed when uploading documents

Downloaded to purchase eSim but nothing happens when opening StarHubApp . Don’t waste your time.

The latest 7.2.0 is crashing when logged in. Should be addressed immediately.

There is no way to remove your credit card once you add them, I contacted support and they couldn’t even remove it.

Your new app is useless. Something as simple checking my account status or adding international roaming is now completely swallowed by your unending pile of advertisements.

StarHubApp and the human staff in real store both asked me to top up without telling me the top up will not extend the validity of my traveler's eSim plan which will only last for 14 days! All my top up value $6+$16+$10 were wasted!!!

opened StarHubApp and it notified me that congrats it’s been updated! tried to pay my bills. none of the navigation buttons at the bottom are working, including the link for bills. i have an ad blocker on my phone. is it because the ad i’m supposed to dismiss is invisible and preventing me from using it? your loss starhub. i now have no means to make payment. oops! try telling this to your management. they’ll be thrilled.

StarHubApp appears to be entirely dedicated to spamming users with ads for garbage products and additional services. As a broadband customer, I have been unable, after much searching, to find any part of StarHubApp that allows me to view my billing invoices or account balance. What a joke.

It’s hard enough being a foreigner in Singapore, the Starhub app makes it even harder. Login takes a whole minute; unable to pay bills using a different card; and just general clunkiness of StarHubApp. You’d think a 2 billion dollar company could do better than this. It’s a shame really.

Have not been able to do any transactions via StarHubApp . Ever.
If I just wanted something to bite my bills and data usage, I’d rather just use the browser than Iliad something on to my phone as an app. It’s just taking up space on my screen and wasting space on my storage.

Advertisement crammed junk app. Clicking on mobile/broadband doesn’t show your current plan and account status anymore. It just links you the the website for promos and the website asks you to download starhub app. Complete joke. How many days it’s gonna take to improve this experience? Starhub I expected better from you.

StarHubApp is an example of how far behind StarHub is in its field. StarHub is a company within the telecom and tech sector, which should be at the forefront of technology

Instead StarHubApp uses an outdated architecture. It’s slow, its uses a lot of web based interfaces and it doesn’t even often something basic as paying with ApplePay.

This company and StarHubApp are an absolute disgrace

Users are not able to use StarHubApp to find out how much of their data upsize (value added service) is left for usage. This is unlike the Apps by other competing telco. Get with the times. Sharks are circling you.

Waste of time. Wasted 15 mins trying to redeem points for awards. Would give 0 stars if I can.
