How to fix Citymapper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Citymapper app on iPhone
Update Citymapper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Citymapper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Citymapper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Citymapper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Citymapper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Citymapper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Citymapper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Citymapper » click [Force Stop]

Update Citymapper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Citymapper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Citymapper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Citymapper.

Fix Citymapper unable to contact server/ Citymapper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Citymapper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Citymapper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Citymapper
