acct#140059678 - We did not receive a paper Saturday 3/14/26 or one yet today 3/15/26 10:00 am. This seems to be a recurring problem. I also wonder why sometimes we get a section that give TV programming for week and usually not. Please get us a Sunday paper for this week either later today or Monday.
My credit card has beeen charged 11.96 rather than the 9.96 that is my subscription rate. please credit my acct with the 2.00 increase. i will not pay the extra 2.00 as i did not authorize this increase. keep my rate at 9.96 or else cancel my e edition

Non-delivery of our paper has become a serious issue. We are glad for the credit when I report the problem, but having to drive to get what I have paid for is extremely annoying. How hard is it for you to find reliable delivery contractors ?????

Password reset, take 24 hours to become valid, no mention of this, on forgot password page, called customer support, and they just said, use your browser.

Times Union app has too many pop up ads and they get in the way. Even Signed in with a digital subscription. The absolute worst.
