My game is lagging when i pres on a task for my sim to do it lags and takes a few seconds to load. I’ve tried on both of my devices help

Since the latest update in April 2023, if I can even get the game to load in the beginning, every time I do any action or change neighborhoods it goes extremely slow. I just give up at the loading screen in the beginning most of the time. Please fix,? I love this game and play every day but now for the last week or so I can't because everything takes so long to load. HELP!!

Still have crashes since the April update. 2 years I have had no issues. It’s been 2 weeks and still issues not fixed. I even reinstalled . This should be a priority fix considering how many of us have the issue.

I’ve just done the latest update for sims free play 2023 and it just freezes I’ve un installed it I’ve done everything I’m meant to and nothing worked please fix this problem
