How to fix NeoMoe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NeoMoe app on iPhone
Update NeoMoe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NeoMoe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NeoMoe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NeoMoe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NeoMoe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NeoMoe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NeoMoe App
1. On android, goto Settings » NeoMoe » click [Force Stop]

Update NeoMoe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NeoMoe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NeoMoe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NeoMoe.

Fix NeoMoe unable to contact server/ NeoMoe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NeoMoe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NeoMoe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NeoMoe
