How to fix My Boo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the My Boo app on iPhone
Update My Boo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall My Boo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix My Boo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve My Boo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

My Boo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix My Boo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the My Boo App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Boo » click [Force Stop]

Update My Boo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Boo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Boo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Boo.

Fix My Boo unable to contact server/ My Boo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Boo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Boo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Boo
