Mobile app fails to deliver; is my data safe? Rallyhood’s future?
As a regular user of Rallyhood rallies on desktop, I can attest this is one of the worst mobile apps. - Regular problems with login/ authentication - This not a true “native app”; you’re better off opening Rallyhood in Safari, Chrome or other browser de jour - Rallyhood is not focused on delivering updates to address needs of mobile device users; they have not released any update to their app in over a year, while instead adding other features in their site’s capability The lack of investment into mobile capability this day and age leaves me questioning Rallyhood’s longevity and what happens to all the information loaded to Rallyhood if they fold? Anyone considering Rallyhood should do so only if mobile is not important to you. Consumers desire a truly seamless, error free, intuitive ease of getting things done in their community. This mobile app fails.

APP Access ALWAYS denied
The website works well enough, but every time I open the app I get a plain white screen that says “Access Denied...You do not have permission to access this resource.” It won’t even give me a chance to try to log in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times and still I can’t make it work. Major bug of some sort that needs some attention.

Useless App
I downloaded this app to keep track of my child while she was away at camp. The app never loads. I can’t get past the first screen. I click ‘login’ and just get an error. I have removed the app and will just use the website…which I also don’t find to be that great but it is what the camp is using.
