This cam is a genius. Received it as described and it's working like wonders. I've been using it for the past two months in my garage just to alert me of any intruders since I've got a different brand in my living room and upstairs. I'll recommend this product to everyone wishing for a security camera.
I feel secure knowing that my two coo cameras keeps me totally aware of what’s going on in my apartment at all times. What’s amazingly cool and comforting is to know that no matter what time of the night or day I call if some problems should come up , someone is always there ready to assist, they are exceptionally patient and kind. I called 1 am, I call 3am and they always answer and if not which happen about twice over the 3 yrs I have my cameras, they call me back under 3 minutes. I doubt if there are other companies out there who is availability 24/7 , I might be wrong , never experienced this with any one else. God bless and thanks guys
Worked well then not so good lately
I installed two Oco Bullet cams around the property and opted for the paid subscription for both. Since the wireless feature wasn't reliable, I ran long Ethernet cables through the attic directly to our WiFi router. The app worked pretty well in the beginning but lately I haven't been receiving text notifications no matter which sensitivity setting I'm on. I can access the short video clips if I log on, but I'm not receiving the push notifications which is the whole point of having these cameras. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone and iPad to no avail. I'll try account support but it shouldn't be this iffy.
Great customer support
I had an issue where the camera would not connect. After several attempts at trying guiding me through a fix, they connected to my computer and had it fixed within minutes. I even received an email from the founder and CEO asking if the problem was solved to my satisfaction.
Sense of security
So far, the camera has been well worth the money. Easy install set up, and very clear picture. Next step is to subscribe to the cloud storage. For now, the notifications and movement pictures are doing the job. Recommend to others looking for a reasonable security camera.
You can't go wrong with this app. I'm using it on my computer with two webcams. It's absolutely perfect, amazing, awesome!!! If you're having doubts whether to buy this or not. Have no doubts, this app is not a waste of money! It's worth every single penny and you won't regret it. To whoever worked on this app, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! It's a life saver!
I have only one issue....
that I’d like updated. Basically when being notified it would be nice if motion was a different color tag so you’re aware of the notification separate from sound detected. It’s just a separate identifier. Keep me posted as this would be ideal.
Flawed camera. I brought the camera to see who enters my apartment while I am gone. The camera works sometime and other times it doesn't. There is a 1-3 min delay before it updates the live feed when the scene changes,(I stood in front of the camera over 2 mins, It did not show me in the live feed) also, most-time the live feed time is behind the actual real time. This happen on my smartphone and my (tablet video surveillance app). I will be buying a different camera.
Long loading times throughout the app and lack of information on the timing between notification events. It needs to have a detector testing function, where it waits for the next motion and notifies when it detects it. Also would be great if we could toggle "camera on" notifications which can get spammy if integrated with a third party controller.
System works well and customer assistance is helpful. If I could change one thing, I’d rearrange the app menu because I always accidentally navigate to the “Groups” or “Layout” items which are unhelpful to me as I only have one camera.
Archive downloads upside down
The Oco camera is very good but the cloud support thru Ivideon is pretty awful. A lot of functions are not available or don't work unless you buy expensive package. Archive clips are upside down when downloaded and take a long time to show up in the archive queue. I'm hoping for a serious upgrade from them or I'll discontinue service when my paid term expires

Today is August 19, 2017 upgrade is absolutely fantastic. No longer do I have to refresh switches each time I want to use one. Plus they work much faster. Thank you Whoops said that already
Still learning (5 days) but so far impressed. Setup was a breeze but no documentation on how they really work. Mostly a user problem I think, understanding the web delays and quirks of an online camera.
This a nice app but once in a while the app and the cam will not respond with each other. This has nothing to do with the internet connection excuse I've tested it ( I have very fast internet and a strong connection).
I purchase the cameras two years ago. Sometimes you need to reset password on the app, but overall good picture quality
