Frequent crashes and no way to report problems

This app crashes frequently. I don't know if it's just while using VoiceOver, which the visually impaired have to use to make the iPhone and iPad speak, but regardless, the developers should be testing that as well before releasing an app to the public. When I tried to go to the developer website to report the problem, there was no way to report it, so the only way to report it is to give it a bad rating. To keep from having negative reviews, or a high number of them, this should be fixed as well. Also, make the app better than your site! The same stories are available on the site and app at the same time, which is great, but the only advantage that the app has is the fact that we are notified of breaking news, but whether I will be able to actually read said breaking news story on the app is hit and miss, due to the crashing problem.
