Installed the Magic Jack app on my Android phone to have both landline and mobile phones ring simultaneously. It worked the first time I tried it but ever since then all I get is the landline ringing. Really appreciate any help. Darrell

I have an Iphone SE. The Magic App is constanty glitching. Calls won't pick up, open the app & it dials out, calls coming in go straight to voicemail. Also get a error message, bad file descriptor. After restarting phone it works for a few calls then glitches again.

App on android. * incoming calls ring, but can't be answered. * outgoing calls are "on" but don't connect. * app crashes. What alternatives exist?

Phone does not ring on incoming calls. Phone settings are correct. When calling voice mail it gives the message "Call On Progress for 2 or 3 minutes then disconnects. Cannot contact voice mail from phone.

Magic app not working, can't send or receive text messages. The help page says that I must activate the SMS on the app but there's no where to do so when I called customer support they read the script and again they said it's on the app on the right hand side up top but it doesn't exist they sent a new signal nothing has worked and nobody can help me

When people call me magicapp does not ring. When I call a land line I can hear them but they cannot hear me. The problem occurs on an iphone 7 and an iphone 11. Both are running IOS 15.1.

contemplating a refund. Which was made, even with a unresolved - technical issue. entirely no calls can be made nor recieved, since Sunday (evening) . . . Screen displays company logo only. . . this was brought up to the attention of 1 of the attendants Friday; they repeatedly keep stating to review pc . . .Yet, i commented heavily that i was utilizing my phone.
