Is it even worth playing anymore?

I’m going to admit I like the game, but it’s pretty much pay to win. The first time I played the game was about 2 years ago and I really fell in love then the more I played the more I realized that you need money in order to be successful in the game. I quit after seeing my players stats dropped and I had such a good team and the lack of token and tests etc. was just ridiculous and it was enough to made me quit the game. I just recently came back to it because I was bored and I did good and I was attached to the players I trained but to only see again the painful cycle of them losing their stars. This game shouldn’t be a pay to win game, it should be free enough to where everybody wouldn’t have to actually spend too much money on it. There can be a store to use real money to buy stuff to give yourself a boost but it shouldn’t be too much. I quit the game I don’t wanna spend another $20 only to see the players I trained go down in stars after another season. DEVS PLEASE READ AND IMPROVE THE GAME!!!.

This game is good, bad, and ugly

The Good: It’s a fun game, tactics are required beyond just resting your team and raising its moral. If you have the right formation you can beat a team stronger than you, the wrong formation can have you on the other end. It’s has a lot of great features that help or hurt you so you have to pay attention to everything about running your team.

The Bad: Good god are they desperate for you to spend money on this game. Pop ups can get annoying. The tokens you can earn are minimal and barely enough for auctions, because they’re definitely not enough for scouted players unless you’re playing, or sacrificing seasons to accumulate tokens. The “deals” are terrible and that includes the monthly pass, actually the monthly pass might be the worst deal of them all. It’s no where near as useful as say Clash of Clans’ pass.

The Ugly: If you’re trying to play the game without paying they have an ad system. Sort of. I say sort of because it only works half the time. If mid ad you hear the game music just restart the game because that ad watch isn’t going to count and you’re watching for nothing. That’s if it even loads an ad. Moser likely that you’ll sit there waiting for an ad to load and just keep waiting. If that happens restarting won’t help you, it’ll just keep happening. This likely goes back to The Bad, they just want you to spend as much as possible. Pay to win.

Scammers

If you have lived soccer from different angles of the soccer realm, you will love this game. I did. I have purchased tokens in other games but maybe $3 a month or a year. That is not the issue. Within 4 weeks of playing I had spent over $100. I was hooked. From the beginning, there were times when I would buy something to add more tokens, and would jump to another page to compare player skills and then wasn’t sure what my balance was. But, a couple weeks ago, I bought 14 tokens to add to my balance so I could buy a player. I did not get the tokens. The game charged my Apple account 3 times. Same day and same time. I complained to TopElevenBeaSoccerManager and told me to take it with Apple. Meanwhile, I needed token so now I needed 37 tokens so I figure , a glitch and it will be resolved. I spent $4.99 for 37 tokens that never arrived. Meanwhile, my account shows my $4.99 pending. The next day, there was a refund for two out of three $1.99 changes, the $4.99 went through meaning they got paid. I got nothing. Out 51 tokens and $7.37. Apple rejected all my requests for refund and Nordeus just kept saying it was an Apple issue. Nordeus purposely doesn’t log purchases. So, I was scammed by Nordeus and for much more than that. I just don’t have the other data. I removed TopElevenBeaSoccerManager from my devices and logged out. Don’t like thieves

The logic is stupid

I’ve played for 3 years so I have experience 1) My first problem is rating and tactics. For example I would have a 90 rated team then lose to some 60 rated team. One time I played a 2nd leg of champions league against a stronger team. I won the first leg 2-1, so in the 2nd leg I used the same tactic and so did he but then the score is 2-2 then out of nowhere he scores 3 goals in the matter of 8 minutes in the game and I’m using defensive with 9% possessions bonus. So then I lose the leg and the champions league. In the league I on the top of the table with no losses than lose the next 3 out of 5 to way lower rated teams and drop down to third. 2) my second problem is that why are 200% managers bidding for players they don’t need. Also with the club level they are on they can’t be able to get players that are worth 500k to 4 million. I’m on level 13(because I stayed back several seasons) and the average cost of a player is 30 - 55 million. 3) my third problem is why lose one star after a season I know that I gets harder but shouldn’t it go down at least 1/2 of a star. And if you won the league how would your players get weaker. 4) my fourth problem is rests. My players get tired so easily and I can’t do nothing about it because I always have about 3-5 rests because I always have to give my players energy.

Great Game, But Very Pay-2-Win

I absolutely loved this game and definitely enjoyed the feeling of being a football manager and winning titles. However, just like being a real football manager, you have to spend real money on the best players. You won the league without spending money? Great! Now you’re going to compete with players who spent a fortune on token and has a team that’s four times stronger than yours. Good luck in the Champions League as well, because you’re gonna get swept in the group stages, all because you didn’t want to give Nordeus money. When I first played this game I didn’t spend much, but I got a top player and won the league 5 times in a row and the Champions League once, then I uninstalled because I didn’t want to spend more money. I come back and said “you know what, let me put some money down and win all four trophies” and I did against very weak teams. After that I uninstalled again because it was so dumb how pay-2-win this game is. Also I hate how your players get week after every season so you have to go to the transfer market to spend more money on players in order to keep up. Like I said, I did very much enjoy this game, however I don’t want to spend $100 just to win.

Now fully committed to making you pay

I have been playing this game for years. It’s the closest thing I found to the only Football manager live on PC. I loved it. It did admittedly have pay to win elements and I was okay with throwing some money there way for a good experience. But the latest update ruined the best most balanced part of the game. Joining an association with other players and competing in weekend association matches was great. It was balanced and made it easy for everyone to play fair matches. Now it’s been “updated” to a new format that absolutely will require everyone to pay to play and create super competitive teams. The more you advance, the more those costs increase too. I have made actual friends in many countries and across continents from our love of football. We’ve worked and formed an association together by creating our own Whatsapp group to stay in touch. And now..... all a wash thanks to a single greed based update.

Stay away until they fix it, if they fix it. Hope they do.

Fantastic management game

Played this for a month and it has been great so far. Haven’t paid anything but did do a few sponsored quizzes for in game currency. The streamlined player purchasing mechanics stand out, I’ve played other management games in the past where this was a barrier to entry for me. Also played progression is neatly done, and playing with formations and the tactical aspect generally is also great fun. My only complaint is that the bonus you get for watching your team play really swings the game. I missed one game at like 3am that I couldn’t reschedule, against a far inferior team, and we lost, also just missing out on the league title because of it. It swings both ways though, I just beat a superior team when their manager didn’t show but I and a supporting friend did. It would also be good if you could specify a preferred time range for your games to minimize the amount of games you have to lose sleep over!

Bad game, scripted, do not download this game

I used to enjoy playing this game, I took my time everyday to make sure my players are well trained, very high morale and not tired before the games. My training sessions were not just basic, I made sure. Addressed the issues that we had faced on the previous games. Yet I still manage to lose to a team lower than mine. How is this fair? I participate in the games to give me 8% boost but still I can’t win even if the opponent does not show up. I’m playing at home so I have 5% advantage on top of the 8% and I still have the Jose Mourinho advantage of 4%, this adds up to 17% advantage to 0 advantage and I still manage to lose. I was 109.9% and my opponent was 99.1 but I still lost. That is crazy. But the next season I thought that I was going to bounce back from it but I find myself losing to a team that just copied my formation, is at 101% while I’m at 110% and I also had the Jose Mourinho 4% advantage. I lost 2-1 in the cup final because of this. How is this fair. I spend hours and hours in a game improving my players and team as a whole just to lose to someone who doesn’t even make effort in the game. I do not recommend this game and I hope that people see this comment so that these people do not rip other players.

Very good game! Very Small issues

I’d like to think that this is one of the best, If not the best football manager game and football game currently on TopElevenBeaSoccerManager Store. It’s so very addicting and satisfying to build your squad up and compete in all different aspects of the football world like the Champions league, League play and Cup competitions. The one thing I’ve noticed that is quite infuriating is how after building your team to an 80+ percentage, training vigorously/effectively as well as making sure all players are fully rested; is being defeated by another squad that is 50% or less(Not to mention when you are on an undefeated record). Also another thing, during a match with these circumstances, having players sent off, booked or the highest rated players being injured for an eternity, Evidently losing the match due to these seemingly unfair occurrences. I fully understand that it is a simulated, mobile game and not everything can go the way you want it, but it’s things like stated before that are rather irritating and make playing the game more of a rage fest than entertainment.

GOOD GAME, BAD DEVELOPERS

Lots of bugs on this game and developers don’t do nothing. 1- when getting free boosters and waiting 30 seconds on the end you’ll get the error message ( developers bug) so you must spend $$ 2- if you have billions to buy players but you can’t because you will need coins and they are not cheap.$$ 3- you can not sell or trade players to your friends 4- when you sell a player you can not see the actual auction so you will get a fix sell price instead 5- you will lose to a really weak team regardless ( developers bug$) 6- your players will drop 1 start each season meaning your players lose quality. That doesn’t happen on real players ever ( developers bug so you must buy coins to get better players) 7- you’ll get 2 players from your own academy and 1 will be really weak on quality and the 2 player a bit better on quality but in order to get him you have to pay 15 coins. Why pay on your on players from your own academy????

This app is good, not great !!!!!

Speaking from experience so. I have spent real money on TopElevenBeaSoccerManager to buy good players but as my team progress in all the competition that I am in my most important players get injured. Imagine I’m at semi final in CUP and quarter final in CHAMPION LEAGUE 2nd in the LEAGUE, obviously I know that the tournaments will kept on getting difficult and now my reliable players are getting injured for up to ten days sidelines and in order to reduce the time of sidelines, it cost 5 red tokens which is crazy.

This go to the developers, TopElevenBeaSoccerManager is good not great to me because of the below reason. (Please fix injured time reduction cost and also look into why player get injuring at crucial moments . The goalkeeper jersey are garbage, and also please work on changing players from dot to 3D during games. Building team facilities are too costly, remember not everyone that wanna play this game will continue playing due to high demand of financial spending.

Fun game, lots of small things that keep it from 5*

First, it would be fun to have some sort of chat/message group incorporated where you can change it between league/cup/CL groups and talk amongst those in the respective competitions. You can add friends but what’s the point if all you can do is a friendly and ask for supplies?

Second, like most, the coins system really keeps the game from being a 5 star. 39 coins is the cheapest transfer buy from the scouting section, to only have him lose a star the next season? That’s ridiculous. The same applies for the amount of coins to use the personal trainer option, way too many coins to even just jump one star. If anything, it should cost the same amount of coins in comparison to those in the scouting market. If a 6 star player in the market costs 54 coins why can’t it cost something similar to personally train a player to 6* that I already have?! It costs over 600 coins to get a player from to 4* to 6*😂. I hope no ones use the personal trainer, way better off buying from the scouting section.

Should be better

This is easily the best manager simulator on mobile, however there are things that should be fixed.

Tokens are difficult to come by, and the game would benefit from making them more accessible. It honestly wouldn't feel like a true manager simulation if you didn't have to build them up over time, but since pretty much everything in this game is run on tokens (from buying players to changing your stadium’s name) there should be more ways to earn them as well. Personally, I think you should earn one or two tokens for winning a match. Reading other reviews, I can see that lots of people have a problem with rests and how difficult it is to keep players in top form as a result. To solve this problem, I think you should double the effect rests have on a player (from 15% to 30%). Right now, I think rests are valued more than what they are actually worth, and boosting their effect can put an end to this problem.

Anyways, great game and keep up the good work:)

Great game but

This is a great game but, only when people stop paying $ and playing f will the developers finally realize they need to fix the game and stop with the money grabbing. The realism has gone. On a given day a poor team can win, it happens but when you lose 8 out of 10 games to teams who are far far weaker it has lost the plot. I’ve played this game for 11 years and it’s the last 12 months where the money grabbing has really taken hold. It’s a shame as this was a great game with great features but the game algorithms are all wrong. When you contacted them before, you felt t like they were responsive now it seems like they hired robots to respond with standard pre-written responses that make no sense. Developers you will grab new people and you will make money from them but you will lose the people that have played this game. I know quite a few that no longer play or have just lost interest because the game play is no longer realistic. It’s just a money making business and I absolutely understand that. People just be aware and try not to get sucked in to the $$$ they just want more and more….. just a shame

Money Money Money

I’ve been playing this game for years now, and I’m done taking it seriously. It’s great for casual players who don’t care if they win or lose and just want to play pretend and see league action. Beyond that, I had the best season of my time playing when I paid $0, winning a quadruple. I recently spend over $150 and won 0 trophies. I know money doesn’t buy championships, but the amount spent compared to the actual products received is ludicrously uneven. I believe it’s designed this way. I have no faith that the Devs will make in-app purchases worth while. When a Lenten dart player costs more than a full price video game, you’ve gone too far. When a team that has players scattered across the field beats a well prepared and organized team that’s 20% above them, it seems rather pointless to plan and prepare. I’ve been loyal for a long time now, but the game is rubbish in terms of competitive play. If you pay, you lose, the Devs win. Maybe it will change, but I highly doubt that.

Bad game

Bad game, things make no sense, tokens prices not balanced, This game is very bad
Reason? I attend the matches + Train the team + find best tactics combine it with the play style of the team and their trainings then, you lose to some 60% teams that their manager doesnt even attend the game, so a +90% team strength lose or draw with 60% teams while the strong team manager attending games ( so i get bonus attack defense possession etc of these BS ) and the other team is not, the funny fact is the weakest player in my team was almost stronger than the strongest player in the other team, and my players lost every 1v1 duel on the field? Unbelievable how dumb is that, Explain to me for god love how dumb this game can be, the trash 60% power team attacking non stop and scored from free kick, while my player with 115% never score from free kicks altho he is a specialist in free kicks xD what a joke of a game deserves to get deleted, AMAZING developers money thieves burn in hell

By

Cool game but

The concept is cool but, it takes too long to get your players energy back up every 3 hours you get 6 energy, one weak training session is going to cost you at least 10 energy. With 2 or 3 games a day you’ll be lucky to get any training in at all. Every year your players lose a star what’s up with that? You spend time and what little energy the game gives you to build your team just to be knocked back down to low level players the next year. I guess you could always just purchase your players ability back to where he was. That will run you about $100 every month. Myself I think a cheap car or some motorized toy is a better buy for that kind of money. All and all it’s a time killer that appeals to your competitive side.

Update next day deleted. Gets boring really quick trying to keep a competitive team.

Great Game but one BIG problem!!!

I love this game! I’m not a big soccer fan but for this game I will make an exception! I have had this game now for a while and really like it!!! This is an addictive game that I absolutely love! I would definitely recommend it!

BUT!!! There is one big problem and one small problem with the game:

Small Problem: The players downgrade to fast! They go from 6 to 5-Star in one season! It needs to be shortened down to like - 1/2 Star per season because I know people who have stopped playing the game because they get so mad because their stars lose all their stats in two seasons. (I almost stopped playing it because of that)

Big Problem: YOU CAN’T GET ANY TRANSFERS WITHOUT SPENDING COINS!!!!!!!!! I have MILLIONS of dollars sitting their but only two coins so because of that I can’t get any good players! (Except maybe like a 2 1/2 Star idiot) Even with the assistant stuff you still have to use coins! And going back to the small problem if you ARE going to make me spend 70 coins for a 6-Star guy then at least let him be 6-Star for more than a season!!!

I mean...at least let us watch a video to get a coin or something!

I really hate having to give this game a 4-Star rating instead of a 5 but those problems are really frustrating for me. And I know some others who find it frustrating too so I know I’m not the only one...this is one of my favorite games and I do recommend it!!!

Really poor customer service and bugs

When the game works it can be fun even though some of the tactics are often overshadowed by teams that are built via $.

Most recent bug caused such a headache for some many managers where second leg of Champions League was automatically completed with a loss. The bug for some said that you had inelgible players or not enough eligible players thus making you automatically lose or would just have you automatically lose and not even progress even if you won a first leg with larger goal difference.

So far I have submitted 3 support requests and so have many others. Their support has been terrible and just referred me to random support articles and did nothing to remedy the problem. They didn’t fix the bug, matches are not getting replayed, and if you spent any money to prepare for champions league do not hope for a refund.

Overall one of the most terrible experiences I have had in my life. If they acknowledged their mistakes and said we are putting the games on pause till we fix it I would be fine with that. Their silence has been deafening and if something doesn’t change regarding this latest setback I will be leaving the game.

Proposal

Overall I think this game is fantastic, but I think more people would play and enjoy this game if you do this. In games I think it wold be better if instead of dots moving on the pitch occasionally if you could watch 3D player models(actual people) play the game. If the game could produce player faces and models and make them appear in game I think this would significantly improve the game. It would also be nice to see your Stadium during the game. If it’s a home game the game takes place in a model of your stadium or if it’s an away game in the other persons stadium. This make upgrading your stadium seem more important, instead of only you being able to closely view now the game takes place there.
I understand that this is a big task but I think it would definitely be worth it. Please consider my request and let me know if it could ever be implemented into the game.

Fun game, but many problems..

For starters the ways to earn the free coins(for us grinders that don't want to dump money into the game constantly) is cracked. The offers are all for the most part stupid and you will completely waste your time. Occasionally you can find a free trial or something of that nature, but even then it's a 50/50 whether you will actually see the reward... Even after sending in proof it could be weeks till you even get the tokens. Secondly the issue that brought me here right now is the fact that twice today I shut out teams that were even better then me in both leagues, yet the morale on 7 of my starters went down from superb to very good????? Like the preparation alone I put in to beat those teams was insane 80+ rests after training... Then immediately after you get whacked with your players morale going down after a 1-0, and 3-0 shutout against both the best teams in champions and regular league.. is just a slap in the face.. I mean realistically you think the morale of my players would stay at superb... but yet again seems like they just want you to cough up all your utilities... Besides that a decently fun game with a few other minor things that could be fixed or set up differently.. hoping to get a response as to that morale issue though cause that honestly was just a huge turn off alone for me..

Glitches ruined it for me

I was really enjoying the game. I feel that you can build a competitive team at least in the first couple of levels without spending money. I did however watch probably a few hours worth of ads in the time I played it. My big problem was that after a whole season getting to the champions league final the game glitched on me and probably cost me the title. For those who haven’t played- if you watch your team play you can give them bonuses. My team was fully healed, rested, trained, 0 injuries and was better than my opponent. I set my alarm to watch the game and as soon as I went in to watch it I got a message saying that the game was already finished even though they last a few minutes. I couldn’t get in to see the game even though I restarted TopElevenBeaSoccerManager several times during the time the match should last. After about 20 minutes the result said I had lost 2-1 but now it said that I could not see the match details. It still says that and the interestingly did not register a loss in my record even though I didn’t win the trophy. All this to say… if I invest hours of time in the game ( and thankfully not a cent) just for it to glitch on me in the most important game of the season I cannot see myself spending any more time there.

Amazing

I like the game in general but there is some suggestions I have. First, you should do auctions with the same level of managers, If you didn’t understand what I mentioned then listen here. I keep losing to people in auctions that have a full team of 200% players that doesn’t need the level 98% player. Secondly, you should do a mode where you can control the players mid game. But only if the 2 managers are there watching the game. Finally, for tokens, for games, training, and selling players. You should add a tokens or money feature where if you win a game you could win 50k $ or 2 tokens and the same thing for training if you reach all %s at 10% you can get 100k$ or 3 tokens but for selling players and signing players, you can earn money at there or last game 1 token per goal 1 per assist. But overall the game is good and will be better if they agreed

When you play for 3 years.

So I’ve played Top Eleven for about 2 1/2 years and had no problems tell I went on a flight to Hawaii. When I went to Hawaii for 5 days literally I left Thursday and came back Monday. Literally my players got obliterated they went from a 132 (8stars) to 78 (4 to 3 stars). Also I went from 1st on the leaderboard to 9th (League). I get that you have to be there to train your players but, please Nordeus just make it a week or two before your players start decreasing. Also please when they do decrease not 20%.

Here is one other thing that nearly made quite. One day I trained my players and did there condition superb and all that and the next day they were from 7 stars to 4. In one day they decreased and all. So please Nordeus fix these issues. Please Please Please just fix some of these bugs.

Thanks to the reviews for inspiration.

Best Mobile Football Game

This game could not have been done any better. Nordeus really produced an addictive game. It simulates being a real football manager, customizing your club, customizing your stadium, setting your starting XI, and extremely fun events with awesome free rewards. I’ve never in my life come across a game like Top Eleven. With their new updates to the camera angles in game, I feel like I’m watching an actual match. This game is perfect except for one thing I’m skeptical about; after each season, your club % drops drastically by about 20%. For example, (and I’m not the best of players) I had a 101% squad and won the league, Champions League, Cup, and Golden Boot in the league. Since I’d won the league, I’d obviously gotten promoted. Now I was and 87% club battling evenly matched clubs at about 90%. The season was fine, 2nd place, Cup champions, and won the Super Cup. Therefore, I got promoted again. This time I was only about a 68% club going up against clubs that were 95% or above. Amazingly, I avoided relegation. But there should definitely be percentile based leagues (30%-50%, 51%-70%, 71%-89%, etc. Asides from this, Top Eleven is the best football game imaginable. I would highly recommend downloading this game.

Can’t play without real money

If you don’t spend money on the game good luck. Most terrible game ever I’ve paid my due patience to it for almost a year and finally ran out. If you don’t spend your money on this game you’re not going to win anything or be able to play/survive at all. It’s gotten worse over months it’s too expensive and it just pushes you to buy their “special offers” that are crazy priced. The league system is terrible and nothing makes sense. If your team has a 40% training bonus and the morale is superb and they are fully rested and you still show up to watch the team play along with having the “ Mourinho support” and all your players have one special ability and the second special ability is a premium ability along with their play style being completely mastered and you are facing a team that is about 10% weaker than you you still lose it makes no sense to me. when I play against teams that are 5 to 10% stronger than me, I lose quite badly. This game is not fair and very money hungry I’m very disappointed and I am upset to have deleted this because I actually enjoy playing it but at some point you just give up overall the game is good quality but the play frame is terrible quality I would not recommend playing it.

Micro-Transaction Central

I’ve been playing this for about a week now and I would say don’t download. For a free manager mode game, it’s okay at best so if you want something free and it’s a passive thing for you, go for it. I enjoy the scheduled games and the ground updates you can do but even those have their issues. The players get exhausted too quickly, especially if you have 3-4 games in 1 day and the only way to move the game to a different day is to spend tokens, the only way to re-energize your players is to spend money on tokens, and the only way to train the low level players is to spend tokens. You can get a semi successful team without paying but the token system is kind of a travesty and ruins any possibility of having fun or being above average. You need 15+ tokens to get a really good player and the only way to get tokens is to receive 1 a day or pay $2 for 14 of them. They have token tasks but those also require payment or card input in some way. I did some quizzes today that took about 3 hours and got about 60 tokens in total, which is a real chore. I was able to afford 3 6 star players and now I’m deleting the game because I realized how much of a nightmare that is.

It’s all about the money (PLEASE READ DEVS)

So I’m new to the game and only played the game for about a year or two and I already see how good this game is. On top of that I also see how bad this game as well and what the devs can work one. This game at first will be awesome and you will win practically every game, but once u make one in-game purchase the game will start to sending you all this deals and your game is practically filled with all these in-game deals. Another thing is their currency. They say their main currency is the cash injections, but in actuality it is gold coins and you barely get those if at all. Like if you going to make a currency be the main currency then let us use that currency and only that currency to buy players and do other stuff with it and not just update our stadium or training facilities, etc. This experience with this game is very frustrating to see that the main currency is something that it shouldn’t and you barely get gold coins so the only to even have enough to buy players is to purchase them using Real Money and if that’s the case for me to actually win and have fun on this game then I’m just gonna delete this game and play other soccer game like EA sports or eFootball.

Top eleven

We, the players, are extremely disappointed with the current state of the game. It has become evident that in order to progress and enjoy meaningful gameplay, one must constantly spend money. This is not only unfair but also detrimental to the overall gaming experience. Players who choose not to make purchases are left with inadequate resources and are unable to compete on an equal footing.

It's disheartening to see that the game has shifted its focus towards monetization at the expense of providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We believe that a game should prioritize skill and strategy rather than the ability to make in-game purchases.

We urge you to reconsider the balance of the game and ensure that non-paying players are provided with viable paths for progression and success. It's crucial for the longevity and fairness of the game that all players, regardless of their financial capacity, have equal opportunities to thrive within the virtual football management world.
