Stole $100 worth of coins from me.

I purchased box that cost 750,000 coins. It took me 3 full months of savings to get it. The box would not open for me, because Topps made the mistake of keeping it available in their store even though it was sold out. I asked for a refund and they refused, saying that they would give me a different box, instead. I didn't want a different box. To Topps, it is okay for a business to serve mint ice cream to somebody who ordered chocolate ice cream, to give gray shoes to someone who purchase white shoes, to give pork entree instead of beef entree. Why? Because it's "similar in value." They stole $100 worth of coins from me, and they will do it to you at some point. Why? Because you will get hooked to card trading, and then you will have to allow these scams to happen to you over and over again. Do not download NFLCollect, and save yourself from getting cheated out by this company that managed to already destroy the physical card trading industry with its greed.

Such a waste

Seriously, don't waste your time with this. Don't get me wrong they have some great looking cards, but everything else about NFLCollect is brutal.
They give you credits daily bonus but to get any decent inserts you have to pay, a lot. No really, think of a number...double that, then add 5, that may get you a low level insert.
The fans are horrible. That is unfair, not all fans are horrible. There is a small percentage that do this for fun and they make NFLCollect/community fantastic. However, the large part of the community try and low ball trades to you, overcharge your trades to them, low rate you for ridiculous reasons, lie, cheat, steal & swindle. If you are not careful they will try and steal your cards by slipping them into trades. That's just the fans...Topps is not much better. There is a chance when you buy credit s that they will not add them to your account. They are routinely slow on awards and bonus cards. And they constantly come up with new ways to separate you from your money.
Take this review for what it is, the opinion of one person. Save your money and buy the real cards. BIXTONE

One MAJOR problem

I found an error gold card in a pack. I sent support a message stating the wrong player's picture was on the card. I didn't hear back. I pulled a few more of the same card in varying variants. I then when to take a picture of the cards in my collection and found they were gone. I then pulled 2-3 more of the error cards but took pictures of them as they were coming out of the pack. I reported the issue again only to be told "those cards don't exist and aren't in your collection". Basically Topps/developer fixed the problem by deleting the card from our collection every time it was pulled. In essence, stealing cards from our collections then denying you ever had them. They then quit responding to emails even when I produced pictures of the card with the "new" under it. The BBB contacted them for me and they offered me 50k credits and said "the NFL doesn't allow us to make error cards" but never admitted to stealing from our collections. Apple refunded some of my purchases but my question to Topps and to you collectors is this: how many other cards have they stolen? How come they didn't inform anyone when they started taking them back? If these had been physical cards, would they have broken into our homes to take them?

Pay attention to your cards!

Not Sure What Topps Is Doing...

I've been on Huddle since the 2014 season. It made a huge improvement last year, but this year has become all about the high coin packs. I'd rather have one or two sets at once with lower odds for inserts then 4 or 5 at once, but all of them having way too high odds. But the biggest issue I had, was they released their first Joe Montana digital card this year. It was impossible to get without spending $100 for a non-tangible item. Okay, whatever. But then when they released the second card for him, after people pulling them in packs for over a day, it magically turned into Steve Young cards. So if I don't even know what I'm paying for will stay what I paid for, then I just don't know if I trust giving Topps any more of my money, except for physical cards. If you sign up, search for me as NPBATES15, maybe we can make a trade.

Huddle Review

NFLCollect is good in some ways and bad in other ways.

The good - constantly adding new cards and new sets to chase even well into the offseason.

The bad- Wording. Whoever writes the articles for sets and cards needs to proofread better. Sometimes it seems like the articles are being copied and pasted because sometimes the article is in a different context than the title and graphic.

Also the wording of the particulars of a bundle should be worded better, and less so that it creates a false impression of what the customer is buying. The pick six bundle set is a recent example. Buying the bundle doesn't give access to a pack. It is the pack. And at a 50% chance to pull each pick six card that you offer every day the absolute minimum you would spend for the award card is $350, if you were magic and could nail 10 coin flips correctly.

The wording in the article should make that nuance a little more obvious. That is a broken set that very few will chase if that was the intention of it. I propose making a coin pack that you gain access to by buying the bundle once. Or else you will have a lot of people asking for refunds. Which is a problem with Topps Huddle and not being clear to your customers is the reason why.

Ok, but needs work

They do come out with decent cards. They work with Tapjoy so you can earn you additional coins. But getting your additional coins is very hard, as they do not always get to your account. Topps does not handle the problem. They tell you to deal with Tapjoy. If you're persistent with it, after about 2-3 weeks they might credit your account. And by then, the cards you were trying to get with those coins are gone.
Also, there are contests where you play cards, something like fantasy. But there is no way of knowing the scoring system. There are special multiplier cards that you must use to even have a chance in these contests. Maybe there should be a limit to how many multipliers are used; or have some contests with no multipliers allowed. Trading is a good part of NFLCollect.

Solid app with plenty to offer; Latest update has shortcomings

As a whole NFLCollect is fun for both the collector and fantasy football player.
When I first began using NFLCollect , I only cared about stats boosted card, so I could do well in contests but as I have continued using NFLCollect , I have found myself collecting sets for fun and also for limited edition cards awarded for assembling the sets.
It's much more entertaining than I had ever expected.

Now the bad.
The latest update made some quality improvements to the UI and overall appearance of NFLCollect but some basic functionality was omitted, particularly with regards to contests and as I mentioned earlier, contests were my first and still primary interest in NFLCollect, allowing me to gleefully waste away Sundays playing the real-time contests. Sadly, with the new update, it's not feasible to operate contests in the same manner. Most notable issues for contests, in order of severity:
-Search bar is nearly always hidden and basically inaccessible, making replacing players too tedious
-Stats are unavailable for cards, making it difficult if not altogether impossible to know if your card's scoring has been registered
-Overall responsiveness of NFLCollect has been degraded, likely due to improvements in graphics, which also makes substitution difficult
-Contest awards were bugged and not awarded until the following day

I now enjoy collecting and will stick around for a while to allow Topps to fix contests but if the playability continues like this for too long, I will likely move on.

Good but not great

I've had NFLCollect for around a year now. I'm glad to see Topps still has the license to include amazing looking cards that aren't just headshots. I really think they've done a fantastic job with creating new and exciting looking cards.

On the other hand, NFLCollect has a few bugs, glitches, and features that can make it frustrating. Some cards don't show up properly on the checklist or aren't there at all (such as Karlos Williams). Other times, NFLCollect will crash in the middle of the trade. Most importantly, however, is the recent trend toward wanting players to pay to access certain cards. While other apps do this through a VIP system, it seems now that almost every set has it so that its a "pay to play" app.

Overall, it's a fun app that I enjoy using but I wish there were more of a chance for causal players or players who don't spent much to enjoy the game.

Good Game For Football Fans All Around!

It doesn't matter how old you are for NFL Huddle 2016. Kid, teen, or adult this game is sure to provide pleasure too all fans of football and even more that love football cards and or collecting them. There's nothing like the feeling of opening a fresh pack of football cards and pulling out a super rare one or any card at all that has your interest, and with Huddle this feeling is never uncommon. Ever trade cards with friends? Well you can do that too with a trading option that lets you trade cards with other people all around the world! You can join contests too and show off your cards to everyone! The Huddle Team posts updates for everyone to see and you can check them out by simply tapping the "info" icon that should be at the bottom left corner once you open NFLCollect . Here you can see everything that's going on and have a chance to win a lot of free coins. Plus by hitting on the "home" icon to the middle you can even see the scores of games in progress so you don't have to check anywhere else! Overall I think this game is great for everyone and should be rated in the top 10 for free games. That's right, FREE who knew you could get a game this good for such a low price, and in this case, that price is nothing! Anyway, thanks for reading! My Huddle fan name is URAUSPAX :)

Praise and Reccomendations

Topps has always had me intrigued with their pack opening app for collecting cards and using them on a team but there are always some bugs like for example the constant “In-App purchases” Notification pop up. It’s not something that ruins NFLCollect but it can be irritating. I really think topps needs to add a feature where you can take a picture of cards that you have in real life and have it transformed into a digital copy for your account. Now I understand that would take a ver long time since there are so many topps cards out there, but it is just a neat suggestion. Also, I would LOVE to see a topps basketball app. I’ve been waiting and waiting and looking and researching and hoping that maybe topps would release a basketball version of the game. The only game I have seen is Panini Dunk and that game is too confusing and complicated for me. If topps is able to to these things in the next few years, they’ll have some banging apps.

My opinion

In my opinion the Topps Huddle app has improved in bounds and leaps compared to the previous years NFLCollect has been out. I use NFLCollect at least 30 mins. a day to pass time, and to relax and have fun. NFLCollect is great because opening packs of cards in real life can get super expensive if you want the good stuff, whereas on NFLCollect, you get 10k each day for free and most packs are cheaper or equal to the amount you get per day. I love how easy it is to trade cards you have for cards you want, not only in the fan feed option but also in the find trade.
The worst thing I can think of about Huddle is that there isn't an auction block option where you can put up one card, select the card you want, and then people that have that card just accept the trade with no problems of finding where in the fan feed the post was.(make it like the Madden 16 trade block for MT).

Well done Topp's

I joined NFLCollect about 3.5 weeks ago. Used it once and wasn't able to login until today, I was working with Sarah and her staff at the support desk off and on for 2 weeks or so. I kept blaming them and making threats, they continued to deal with me and be professional as well(I'm not sure I would have been). I have a brain injury so that only complicated things more but our persistence paid off. Today I am happy to report that I was able to enjoy NFLCollect and take advantage of the offers it has. As of yesterday I was a diehard GridironPanini user and in comparison Gridiron bs huddle is like coming from the Stone Age to the modern age. This is a much more user friendly app and I would recommend NFLCollect to anyone that enjoys card collecting in a digital format and also if so desired a physical one to as well.

Finally

We are finally back!

Great game

Fun To Play

This is a great app!! It brings me back to when I was a kid of what's inside this pack. Cracking packs is only part of the fun!! The contests brings fantasy football to collecting!! It is very easy to get started and understand. You can spend a little time or you can waste a lot of time, it's up to you!! You don't have to babysit NFLCollect like some games and it offers something for everyone, if it's just playing fantasy football or its collecting all the different parallel card sets!! Least I forget you don't have to spend $ to play!! You earn rewards every time you play in a contest and everyday you log on!! My wife says I cheat on her with NFLCollect!! Haha!! Seriously, you can't beat it anywhere!!

Trading football cards with my dad?!

NFLCollect is fantastic! The concept of playing fantasy football with only the cards you own is awesome! And seeing what my dad would've been like as a kid trading cards is pretty great too. The cards are beautiful and the contests are fun and worthwhile.
However, there's always room for improvement!
I feel that fans should be able to create contests amongst themselves so that people can have their fantasy leagues on here, and each fan could have an entry fee and the winner gets the pot; whether it's a card or coins.
The other thing to improve is the actual line up. It'd be great if the number of QBs playable could be limited instead of guys decimating online in contests with an all-QB line up!
Thank you.

The Best Card Game Experience

ARLINGTON32- I have been playing this game since it first came out and I have never stopped loving the game. It offers a unique experience by giving the players the opportunity to but virtual cards and collect them rather than going out to the store and buying them. It's basically like having your own walking collection in the palm of your hand! The point system is great and is almost like playing fantasy football without having a max number of players and going through all the hassle of draft times and what not. I have recommended this game to all my friends and family and they play it along with me! The update was fantastic and looks sharper than it ever has. Thank you Huddle team for being awesome.

Great app for football fans & card collectors!!!

At first I was a skeptic,I mean come on now digital cards! Four years later & I Love NFLCollect!! Brings me back to my childhood opening fresh packs & the surprise inside. Fun for all ages & all football fans & card collectors:) now there are some down sides just as in every app. You have some crashes here in there, the Topps team misses the ball here and there! But overall for a card collector & fan this is a great app. You can play it like fantasy football or just collect your favorite cards, best of both world! download & start collecting your favorite team and/or player/s today or dominate in in contest. Bottom line you just won't know until you try it:)

Perfect Game for Football Fans!!

Topps Huddle is an exceptional app that allows fans to obtain cards they want and to interact with others. Trading is at the core of NFLCollect, since Topps makes trading cards. Trading allows you to do both of the things previously mentioned, which is obtaining cards/players that you want and interacting with others. The graphic design and card art are amazing, although I think they should make a better design for the Store and Contest tabs. The constant release of new cards keeps you at your toes all of the time. The rapid release of the cards make you develop a strategy to either wait for the cards you REALLY want, or chase after a set that will give you an awesome reward card. Overall, NFLCollect is very engaging and I can't help myself but to be addicted to the game. The 10,000 coin bonus of logging in every day keeps me from staying away from NFLCollect . Thank you Topps for the wonderful app!!

Great app for all ages and football fans worldwide

This is a great app for anyone who likes to collect cards just like the old days but in digital form. You can trade with friends and build a collection. They also have a great fantasy aspect where u can play for points and get prizes. The great thing is you get free coins everyday to open packs of your choice and don't have to spend money but there's an option to buy more coins if you have some extra cash. You don't have to run to the local store anymore you can buy packs of cards right on your mobile device and don't have to carry around binders of cards or sort through them. Every card has a count too. Basically NFLCollect is every card collectors dream right in there pocket. Thanks Topps for another great year in Topps apps across the board. A+++ in my opinion! You all should give it a try. I guarantee once you understand NFLCollect you won't Beable to go a day with opening it to see what cards or sets they release!

Poor Customer service and support

The only thing consistent in Topps Apps is the total lack of customer service or action/response to problems in NFLCollect . Topps is always trying to be too smart and offer or change things that no one wants, and these unnecessary add one often break something. Plus they continue to remove functionality that most users enjoy.
You get the feeling they don’t actually use their own product.
Additionally, be hesitant to spend money as Topps has a history of taking money and then no longer supporting their customers. Just google “eTopps” for on example.

🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Get ready to pay if you want something!

Why pay for fake cards when you could purchase real cards in real life? Topps has become such a money grab that they are basically shunning the general population that doesn’t want to spend money on their diamond/cash scheme even to the point that they tend to offer more cards to cash spending customers. If you go on right now you will see that you can only buy the newest chase set with diamonds and you will also notice that they have raised the odds of inserts in the general free packs and guarantee cards for those who spend money. Topps Is just a money grab. Go play Panini which gives you plenty of great cards !

Awful

The cards and collections concept is awesome, cards are appealing and some are more rare than others. However ive been playing it over the years and you used to be able to get coins through downloading apps and completing different FREE tasks, but now the tasks ask you to spend money, sign up for something or watch a video that isnt even worth the time because they give so little coins. So essentially there is no way for you to get cards outside of logging on each day for 10,000 which is only 5-10 cards depending on what you choose. NFLCollect is trash unless you want to spend money on virtual cards that one day will cease to exist.

Ok app but still an app.

Well let’s start off with the many “server” problems during the contests they advertise. I’ve lost many points and rankings because of this. Topps charges for almost everything. So you have to spend to get some decent cards. Plus the value is more than physical cards you actually can appreciate value with unlike these. Topps never takes responsibility for these issues. It’s always on you the user. The tapjoy partner is just as bad with the coin offers. Currently in a fight over 3.5 million coins when I proved I paid for the tapjoy offers a month ago yet still no coins. Emails that say 5-7 days. Over and over. Now for the good. Not much. Been part of NFLCollect for 4 months and after the playoffs it will be deleted.

Absolute Garbage

Without a doubt, the worst run app I have ever come across. I would not even waste your time. There are thousands of better run fantasy apps. Panini’s competing app is much better with real prizes and actual customer service. NFLCollect is a fantastic concept that combines card collecting with fantasy football. Unfortunately, the execution is atrocious. It is clear NFLCollect leader has no concept of either. It is riddled with coin farmers and contests that make no sense in their design and if you aren’t willing to shell out $50 a week, you have no shot but even if you do, Topps will find some way to screw you. I can’t get over how poorly this is done. The customer service is the worst I have experienced since I spoke with Topps about physical cards. Clearly no concern for the customer base. I don’t understand how they are still in business.

Not impressed

Hard to believe this is made by the same people that made the TOPPS BUNT18 game. This game pales in comparison really. They’re hardly anyway to earn free coins, only the prize wheel and the daily bonus. You can watch ads for free coins, but it’s buggy and doesn’t give me the coins for watching the ads most of the time. The free cards are nice, but this game doesn’t offer card fusion to trade in duplicates of your old cards for newer better ones. Not to mention there’s no mini-game either, which was another fun way of earning free coin. So basically there’s nothing much to do in the game. Trading isn’t really viable for new comers as you’d have to have some pretty decent luck to draw any card of any trade value. There’s no good way to have a steady income without using real money. I can’t believe how different this game is from BUNT18 and honestly is a disservice to Football fans.

Only two stars

First of all, just another app with it's hand in your pocket. Yes I spent my measly $15 for the super bowl contest and won 2 cards from the Jaguars not even from either super bowl team. Also got a few tickets immediately after the game and all the cards to exchange for were sold out. No player status from professional years on the back of cards. Traders are just plain greedy and want your best for their sh:tless worth. You see arguments on the player feed as well and it's up to you but don't spend your money. Tops went from saving your daily free coins with the option to purchase more to purchasing diamonds for exclusive cards for your ego. You might have what only others were also willing to pay for. Only 2 stars just because you can review player names.

Bunt

Your NFL version of NFLCollect needs to be more like The MLB app. The pull rates are better now on bunt and it also has more than just the spin reel. Also, you’ve put a lot of card exchange items in tgat are really sick cards but no way of getting them as the season has been over for awhile and no possible way of getting tickets during offseason which has lead to just about everyone missing out on the cards! Please come up with a game of some sort to get tickets during offseason so that everyone has a chance of getting these amazing Autos and Relics that you currently have. Thank you and look forward to hear of your ideas.
Sincerely,
Sports Card Fan

Add features from BUNT

I love all of the Topps card apps and have several that I use daily. One thing that concerns me is how much more attention Bunt gets then any other app. Bunt has a prize wheel, batter up game, and card fusion for your duplicates in the play section.

No other Topps app has all three of these extra game modes and it is very troubling.

These extra game modes make me visit NFLCollect more consistently throughout the day to spin the prize wheel and get extra coins from batter up. They have tried to implement this in Kick and Huddle but they are a poor rendition of Bunt’s rewards. In Kick the prize wheel only gives you base cards from MLS and no special or unique inserts like Bunt. Huddle is similar in that it only offers base cards from the prize wheel, nothing special. Meanwhile Skate seems to be all but forgotten and since there is no incentive to visit NFLCollect I only open it once a day to get daily rewards, which is the only way to make coins.

Like I said earlier, please make all Topps apps have a standard for gameplay instead of favoring one over the other. There are definitely very easy ways to implement the same game modes across all apps, it just needs a little creativity.

Addicting

I love NFLCollect. It has gotten a little expensive to compete in the contests & with the collecting part. Diamonds should be able to be earned. You can use diamonds to buy coins but not the other way around.

What I did notice with the new update is that notifications stopped working for me . I still get notifications from SKATE but not from HUDDLE. I have deleted NFLCollect and reinstalled it still does not work for me.

Why do we need Facebook?

This is a great game but in order to trade cards and compete in competitions you need to log into Facebook. I’m only 10 years old so my mom doesn’t want me to have a Facebook account and I can’t blame her. If you needed to have just an email then most people including me would be fine but it’s Facebook so that’s why I had to rate this game only 4 stars

One of the best of Topps.

One of the best run of the Topps apps. I like the sets and reward cards for getting the set. I also like that they have premium ($$) content, but do not lock all the good cards behind this only. They provide a good balance of collectibility for all while making money with some premium collections.

My suggestion for Topps would be to create a $ secondary market. Right now Facebook groups and eBay are selling these cards. If Topps had their own secondary market they could take 10% of all transactions. That would be a revenue stream for Topps and provide users a secure way to buy from others without scamming concerns.

Topps apps

Love all 8 of the topps card apps. They allow you to collect cards, while storing them in your phone....unlike the warehouses full of physical cards I had been accumulating. In addition, they allow you to use your cards to compete in contests for award cards like fantasy (except Star Wars, walking dead, and slam). Only complaint is it’s a tad too addicting. Trading with other fans and chasing award sets becomes time consuming and a lot of fun

Awesome app!

This is an awesome way to have a cool selection of cards and gaming experience!....I just wish there was a way to get hard copies of the cards we want to keep and hold!...doesn't have to be all of them....and the diamonds are pretty expensive when it comes to just a digital signature card....heck, you could have an entire sub set of all cards with signatures....
