This game is lots of fun to begin with. But when you hit level 60 that all changes. I tried to contact support about it and obviously they don’t want to be bothered with it. They just told me that they made a change to how much it takes to level up, but taking two drones to level up 1 level per house. That’s too much. I can put it down for 6 hours, pick it back up and can’t level up any houses one level. I’m sorry, but that’s just too slow moving for me and I’d be willing to bet they haven’t even looked at their change to see if it even works by their responses to me. I never have a problem supporting a good game. And I have thrown more money at this one than I would care to admit. I just wish I had known their changes would ruin all of that before I spent the money. So be warned. Have fun while it last, but don’t expect it to continue. And don’t sink a lot of money in it. You will end up deleting it about level 59.

I saw this game from an ad. I actually search for “idle real estate tap games” in IdlePropertyManagerTycoon Store but haven’t found what I’m looking for. And I’ve played every tap game. All of them. This combines things I love from all of them. Fun graphics, good game pace, there are ads but they are optional. None of those fully interrupting ones. I just downloaded the game tonight. And I’ll update more later. I don’t do reviews ever btw. Great job developers!!

Hi I loved this game was super fun and everything an idle game should be! But after the emoji hunt fiasco allot did was crash! Even after restarting and reinstalling! Then you guys released an update and the problem STILL occurred I wish I knew how app making worked so I could help fix the situation cuz I really like IdlePropertyManagerTycoon! Pls fix will play endlessly

Newest update: Beijing version fixed some issues but game still randomly shuts down when all buildings are built. Now it’s also dropping gold. My gold went rom 250+ to 30 because of random shutdowns. PLEASE. FIX. THIS. GAME.

UPDATE: Fixed the Buy All problem and now the game just randomly stops. Is this games still supported? It’s not on Hothead’s main list of games on their website.

Last update has made this game practically unplayable. Build the last house and problems range from constant shut-downs to crazy, random acts with the Buy All button. Really too bad, because this is a great game.

I like idle clickers, and this game is certainly fun to play. However, it has recently started crashing every time I start IdlePropertyManagerTycoon within the first couple of minutes, causing me to lose progress and get stuck where I am. I don’t know what is causing it to crash, but I find crashing apps to be unacceptable, so I’ve uninstalled it.

If IdlePropertyManagerTycoon becomes more stable in future releases, I’ll gladly download it again and modify my rating and review to reflect the changes.

Have to say am having a hell of a time playing this game so much to do. am just building and stacking the cash and then bam even more new stuff pop up sweet keep bringing new stuff coming out and new levels

Seems to be crashing upon opening repeatedly about 90% of the time I try to open IdlePropertyManagerTycoon .

Also when you’re 4 letters deep in earnings right after doing a convert and buying one level on house one... the upgrades, and their 1,000 at a time limit, take FOREVER to get through when you have to press “buy all” 50+ times.

Feels like last update is trying to force players to spend money in order to advance. Ever since last update I can’t convert/change locations. I’ve had this game for 2 months & was able to convert 39 times before update & now I’ve been unable to convert for 10 days. Would rather just delete game if it isn’t updated to be more reasonable soon. Gameplay was better before last update when you could convert & switch locations. Now I’m stuck staring at same location & unable to convert.

Forgot I even had game. Deleted game. Was never updated again since last review I wrote in February. Been 8 months since last update. I’m done with game since obviously it’s been forgotten by developers.

I’m at level 102 and I can’t covert anymore. The game is not registering the money I’m earning for me to convert to the next town. I have 250 keys also. I don’t want to delete IdlePropertyManagerTycoon cause I’ve made it to level 100 and that took very long to get there. Also the events are trash I use to be able to complete the events now you barely even make it to the fourth milestone on the list. They definitely want you spend money and that’s not gonna happen. Fix your game. You guys are lazy.

Game worked fine when I downloaded a week ago and now when I have a few thousand upgrades it crashes in the middle after I click upgrade all. Really need to address the crashing before I can play anymore because I can’t get any progress when it crashes and put me back to where I started when I opened IdlePropertyManagerTycoon .

I left a review idk what happen. So long story short. After hitting 900 B I got a Thanksgiving pop up to inform me of all the new fun stuff u guys did and how gold is now the blue diamonds. And then it crashed (I’m assuming) because when I pressed ok it restarted the entire game to $1. Not convert restart but factory settings restart. Such a disappointment!

Recently when I first downloaded the game it was good and addicting but recently when they came out with the new update I realized that the higher I upgraded the less money I was making so honestly the game it self is very detailed but the update killed the game for me and for that I step away from it.

I like this game because it gets so much better and more fun and it gets me to get more and more money and it feels that I actually having that money to spend it on a lot of things

Game is constantly crashing/closing at the moment. Gets to loading screen then closes. 5 stars because it’s a great game. Just hoping devs see this to fix the issue

It stops responding frequently after ads. Their better be an update soon. This has so much potential.

This game was quickly my favorite until it came time for the emoji hunt. each time i clicked on an emoji, it would want me to search for the other one but not load what the emoji looked like. I would exit IdlePropertyManagerTycoon and restart just to continue and the emoji hunt kept going. Now when i try to start the game it crashes.

reinstalled, game crashes and won’t go past the loading screen. Really excited to play this game too :(

Nice graphics and love the mini games/small gameplay. Idle gaming or active—it’s both fun! One small bug right now though, the 2x ads aren’t working. Other than that keep it up!

I loved playing this game for the whole day it allowed me to play. But now everytime I open IdlePropertyManagerTycoon it just crashes

Why are other locations offered however you can’t switch between all the ones you have unlocked. So what is the point in other locations?

It looks like this could be a lot of fun, however after moving from my first neighborhood to the second, the game glitches and will not allow me to progress or tap anything, including settings so I could contact customer support. I guess I will just uninstall and find something else.

When I click the watch ad button to get extra trophies when I convert, it says that I got them on the pop up that appears after I convert, but when I go to the trophy screen, I only got the normal amount. Don’t watch ads for extra trophies until this is fixed.

So much fun I can not stop playing the game the best game I had ever played well second best because you can forget about fortnite

I just wish it would stop freezing at times

IdlePropertyManagerTycoon failed across three objective gathering quests. After starting a block party on at least 5 occasions IdlePropertyManagerTycoon not only failed but did not credit the block party towards the quest.

Also fails regularly during adbonus at start up.

When it gets to the 4th house is to slow compared to number one even with a manager it’s WAY TO SLOW. Thanks for reading.
