Every time you click on the site to see what do you want to read it’s not the one that shows you everything that you want to read it shows you everything else but the site half the time you click on it it ain’t they’re very terrible a scale from 1 to 10 zero

Continuously crashes and freezes. When selecting a news notification to read the full article it will bring me to an advertisement then back to the home screen instead of viewing the what I want to.

The reports are always the same. The updates are always behind time. The news reported is not updated in a timely manner. The stories are just repeated daily. The new format is not user friendly and it seems like no matter the tab you choose National Local or State the results are all the same.

Most reports are old news or just a sentence / statement. Kind of like, your only doing enough to say, "we have an app, follow us"
Not much longer and I will be deleting KLFYNews10 . Tired of opening to very basic or non sense info. I can get better news info in other sources. If you want KLFYNews10 to work, put more effort to it.

I love watching TV 10 on television, but their app leaves much to be desired. The previous design of KLFYNews10 for news, as well as the one for weather, was much easier to navigate. The stories are not updated as often as they should be and trying to get an update on the weather is difficult. I use KLFYNews10 on my smart phone so maybe the problem is with that version of KLFYNews10 . I preferred the layout of the old news and weather app.

Can’t post on my Facebook page unless I go on apple page then it takes me to log in again I don’t want to any to log in again

When I have to see ads routinely i add to a list of do not use. If they can advertise that often they have enough money. I’ll use others first, ( if needed)

The only thing I think needs improvement is the updates. One particular story stays on KLFYNews10 for too long of a period!

Love all the crew at TV 10!!! Love watching Caroline, Megan, Gerald, Chris and Ben!!! Ben is the only one that has his suit coat buttoned which I like!!! (The way it is supposed to be worn) He has style!!!!

I get alerts and updates on latest news stories...I love it !!!

We live here in Ar but have lots of family in Lafayette

I’m a big fans of Passe Partout! Ever since the days of Jim Oliver when they played Cajun music from 4:30 to 6:00, they should consider bringing back a French speaking section of the show!

I like channel 10. Best new and weather. I live in New Iberia so out of all the other stations they report the most news in my area. Keep up the great work.

We welcome the news and weather. My family has always trusted and respected KLFY. But lately KLFY has a major distraction. Tracy W . needs to stop flagging her hands. They are all over the screen . Very distracting.
