My job requires the use of Wildix on our own personal phones in order to work out in the field. Since installing Wildix, I can just sit back and watch as my my battery percentage drops at an alarming rate, even when not in use. Uninstalling it restores my phone back to having a long battery life. Also, you have to be on a good network in order for others to hear you. LTE doesn’t cut it if there is network congestion, as calls go in and out. WildixCollaboration needs some serious work and more time in the oven.

When logged in on mobile device, notifications are coming through as “missed” even though I answered on main phone.
Another issue, when logged out of app, notifications are still coming through as “unknown” by ringing once and shows missed unknown caller in call history. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same issue. Please fix!!

App works well for the simple things it’s designed to handle. There are a few issues that I’d love to see addressed. I can’t seem to figure out why it rings when it’s not active on some phones and not on others. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the ringtone. The ringtone is very annoying and a more traditional tone would be appreciated. Also, it should let you text. Otherwise it functions great.
