Notification bugs with new iOS

When logged in on mobile device, notifications are coming through as “missed” even though I answered on main phone.
Another issue, when logged out of app, notifications are still coming through as “unknown” by ringing once and shows missed unknown caller in call history. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same issue. Please fix!!
Huge battery drain/need good connection

My job requires the use of Wildix on our own personal phones in order to work out in the field. Since installing Wildix, I can just sit back and watch as my my battery percentage drops at an alarming rate, even when not in use. Uninstalling it restores my phone back to having a long battery life. Also, you have to be on a good network in order for others to hear you. LTE doesn’t cut it if there is network congestion, as calls go in and out. This app needs some serious work and more time in the oven.
Okay but not great

My company just started using this and the chat feature works great but the videoconferencing and phone functions are glitchy and cause problems with more than one person on a call or videoconference. So far, I’m not impressed.
